The experience me and my family had with Dave Atha was Outstanding absolute professionalism and caring and respectful not only about the business but the customer . He made sure to inform me about everything he was doing step by step . He Truly is about customer Service . So I will give him a 10 for super excellent !!!! Which leads me to say I would prefer Dave For all future services !

Jay did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. Very professional giving me before and after pictures of the vent. The week before I had a guy from Dor-Mar come out to drain the hot water tank.. Talked to Cindy who called and sit up my appointments. She is so very courteous and pleasant. Thanks for a job well done

They have been professional and attentive to our needs and time constraints. My first experience with them was when my heat went out in the winter. Instead of just sending someone out, the lady worked with me, helped me change the batteries in the thermostat and stayed on the phone with me until we were sure it was working. I decided then that they would be our HVAC team.

Our service tech Steve was amazing. Very knowledgeable, nice and courteous. He identified the problem with my dad’s furnace right away, ordered the parts, and fixed it perfectly. Hope we get him for any service calls we have in the future!

I recently had Dor Mar replace my hot water tank system with a tankless hot water tank. Can’t say enough good things about The technicians Doug and Ryan who installed it. They were very respectful, professional, and on time during installation. They explained everything about the new system to me as needed and complete d the job ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend this company to others, as well as these two great technicians!

Dave came by to flush my water heater today. He was very professional, polite and informative. He answered all of my questions and suggested a duct cleaning and some services to help my system better perform in the future. I'll be scheduling that duct cleaning soon. I would prefer Dave back for my Spring maintenance if he's not too busy.

Dave Arya was the technician to do the service work on our AC. He explained the good and bad and what my options are to fix the issues. My system is 17 years old and I know the system will need maintenance and or replacement. Dave took the time to explain what the numbers were and that effects the system.

This trip had water tank flushed. Service Tech Alan Melville was polite, efficient and was respective of my home. He performed the service and explained what he was doing. I appreciated that. Thank you for taking care of me and my home.

David did excellent work quickly and professionally, made the appropriate repairs, and demonstrated a familiarty with the unit and components that gives me confidence in my long term maintenance plan.

They were quick to respond to my heating emergency and sent someone out the same day. Trent diagnosed my problem quickly, fixed it, and ordered new parts to be installed at a later date. He also explained the service options with me. 10/10 will use again.
