Had Lisco out twice this winter one time to replace a bad igniter and once to replace the control module. I called them on this past Sunday because the heat was not coming on again. The tech (think it was TJ) came to the house and checked it out. turned out to be a dirty filter which he asked me on the phone if I changed it recently. In any event he checked it out and didn’t even charge for the call. I believe this is a good honest company and trust them completely.

Fast, efficient and friendly. Tony knew what the problem was, replaced the part then checked everything out. He suggested that I have the system checked out next spring. I think I'll do that. This is a a company you can trust.

When the heat went out at our office Lisco was great. They came out that day to find out what was wrong and had it fixed as soon as the part came in. Very professional with reasonable prices. I definitely recommend them.

Never came to my house after setting up the appointment with the service department. I had to call them 3 days later (instead of them calling me to reschedule). They then told me they were too busy and that I should look elsewhere. I'd suggest you do the same.
