    I have been using this company for over 30 years and have always had a great experience. I also have a service contract which has been renewed yearly for over 15 years. They have installed my entire heating and cooling system and service has always been impeccable.

    My heating system failed over the weekend and I called Lisco for emergency service. The company’s answering service claimed that there was too much of a backlog of customers needing service so they would not even take my name and put me in the queue for service. Even though I have a service contract with Lisco, I was forced to call another company who adequately completed the job.

    This morning I called Lisco to make them aware of this unacceptable situation and the person with whom I spoke, either the owner or the manager, was neither empathetic nor apologetic for this service glitch. He was aware of my longstanding history with the company and the existing service contract, and yet these facts did not seem to matter. He wrote it off and was unwilling to discuss it further.

    I am amazed at his obvious disregard to make things right with a longstanding customer. This is a graphic example of the sad yet rampant erosion of the once trusted relationship between customer and business. Needless to say, I am moving on from Lisco!

    I wish I could give 0 stars. We had this company go out to a property we owned in Northeast Ohio and a few months later, both furnaces in our duplex erupted internally flames causing extreme fire hazards to our tenants. The owner, Nick, was also extremely rude when we asked for more information and told us he no longer needed us as customers.

    Our air conditioning was done and it was 85 degrees in the house. Matt arrived approximately 1 hour after I called for service. Matt was professional and quickly inspected and repaired the unit. I would definitely recommend Lisco to my friends and family.

    Great company! Our furnace broke and they were able to look at it and fix it the same day. Throughout the entire process the were on time, courteous and incredibly professional. The price was very fair and I would recommend them to anyone!

    Highly recommend! A/C unit install was done timely and efficiently. Placement of unit was tricky due to a deck & bushes, Gary, Jim & Thomas pushed thru oppressive heat in a cheerful manner and got the job done. Knowledgeable and professional technicians! Lisco was a pleasure to work with from the initial estimate thru the install.

    I called and told them I wanted an estimate on a new HVAC system as I just had my AC compressor repaired. Instead of sending a sales person they sent a tech guy who charged me $90! He was there for 10 minutes and did not give me an estimate. I called to complain about this, but they charged me anyway.

    We have always had exceptional service from Lisco! Their tech, Matt, is the BEST! We first had him about 9 years ago and thought he was great. We recently had our furnace motor break. Within 15 minutes of our call Matt was here again. And within 2 hours we had heat in our home once again! How many companies can claim that kind of service in the middle of February?! Matt is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to explain what and why he does things. Also no nonsense. He gets straight to his work and does it efficiently. Nothing but praise for this company!

    First called on 1/12/22 came out said I needed a start compasotor and ordered it took more than 2 weeks to get part and I did call to check status and they couldn't or wouldn't give me a part number or a tracking number so after 16 days they came back out replaced part told me to wait 24 hrs to return to normal heating this is day 3 and I still have the exact same problem and I am out 300.00 in my wallet. So called this morning (Saturday)because still not working and they said we will get someone out Monday so I guess we will see if they fix it then. I will keep you posted
