Very professional, excellent communication. Worked cleanly and left no mess. They did an excellent job and we are quite pleased with the result. Jimmy, Tevin, and Murphy all showed up ready to work each day. They didn't arrive and then take 20 minutes to "get it together." They were on top of things as soon as they got out of the vehicle and kept at it. They all seemed like nice guys that knew what they were doing. If we are ever in the market for more services, they will be the very first place we contact. Use them- I do not believe that you will be disappointed in the least.

Before I moved into my home, Calverly installed a new furnace as a condition of the sale of the house, I have since had them back to install a new A/C unit and today, I had my first Fall maintenance on the fursnace. I have been very happy with the professionalism and expertise exhibited by this company. The employees are kind courteous and extremely helpful.

Mike did the Fall maintenance on the furnace. He was on time, polite, knowledgeable, efficient and willing to go the extra mile. I requested him to come back and install a new thermostat. Thanks to Mike for a great job. I would also like to thank Geri in the office who took my order and scheduled the installation of the thermostat. She was professsional, patient, and willing to call me back when she located the correct part. I really appreciate that she was respectful of my time and didn't keep me hanging on the phone while she did the checking and setup. I emailed for a quote and the next day, I got a call the next day. Calverley was to be my third of four estimates. Once I talked with Dan Calverley and got his estimate, I didn't need to get the fourth estimate. His estimate was lower than the other two with better equipment! I made the deal with Dan on Thursday and the next Tuesday the crew started the installation. It went flawless! Smooth, easy install process. It took two days and I could barley tell anyone had been here. Great working system so far! A few days after the installation, Dan called me to check it! Excellent company to do business with! Calverley Heating and Cooling did a great job with my HVAC installation. Jimmy and Murphy arrived on time and were very professional and took the time to educate me and answer my questions on my new system. I'll definitely use Calverley for my future service needs.

These guys installed our HVAC 1.5 years ago and since then we've had them out only for free services until the other day. We noticed the air was pretty dry and the humidity in the house was down. Checked the humidistat and sure enough 19%. Checked the furnace and no water running through humidistat line. Called on Monday they came out on Wed and within 15 minutes Jeremiah had us going. Covered under warranty without question (wire came loose), quick, and friendly!

Jim Davis went above and beyond to repair several issues with our furnaces in our office building and repaired the zoning to ensure the temperature was consistent in the building. I would HIGHLY recommend Calverly Heating & Cooling and will use them again for both business and personal HVAC needs.

I'm writing to update the review of Calverley Heating and Cooling that I originally posted in 2015 when I purchased a heating & cooling system from them. It has been 3 years since the system was installed. I've had a few issues in that time and Dan, the owner, has patiently answered all my questions. Most importantly, he has stood behind the product and the labor that his company provides. All his employees have been very knowledgeable and respectful when answering the numerous questions I have posited (yes, sometimes I can be THAT person). I have another unit that will need to be installed in my home in the future (it's a duplex) and I have no hesitation in contracting Calverley Heating and Cooling to do the job as I KNOW this company wants to do the best they can for their customers. They have earned their TRUST badge with me!
