Whole Home Comfort

We have used Whole Home Comfort a few times at two different homes for everything from simple inspections to entire HVAC installation. They have always been extremely helpful, courteous, and thorough. The owner is very friendly and makes the process as painless as possible, it feels almost like I've known him for years! He's definitely they kind of guy you would be happy to sit around a fire and chat with for hours. I eagerly recommend this company to everyone I know that needs HVAC work.

This is an Excellent company to call when you need it done right without high pressure sales. Andy repaired my furnace when i bought my house three years ago. Called him again Yesterday and he found the issue quickly and repaired it. If you need reliable professional service these are the local folks to call on.

This month my wife and I needed our furnace and AC unit replaced due to the age of the furnace and the inability of the AC unit to cool our house on hot days. We got two quotes and chose Whole Home Comfort to do the job, because of their courteous attitude and the superior products (Trane) they use. Zach was very informative, professional, and personal at the same time. The job was quickly and efficiently done within one day. He also installed a new pipe from our wood furnace to the chimney vent that the old furnace used - for free. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

I had Whole Home Comfort come once for a repair and once for preventive services for the AC. Both times very professional, very prompt, and very reasonably priced. Even though my unit is quite a bit older, they didn't try to sell me anything new. They have my business from here on out. It's great to have someone that you know you can rely on and trust.

Zach came out to perform a furnace turn up. He was extremely professional and thorough; he took the time to explain the current condition of my furnace and give his suggestions based on his experience. I never felt pressured to make a decision immediately. He showed me different options and ideas as to what I would need. My fiancé and I decided to get a new HVAC system installed. Whole Home Comfort came right on time and installed our system. They exceeded our expectations! We will continue our business with them every year! Zach also made sure to keep in touch with me before and after the installation in case I had any questions or concerns.

Great experience with this HVAC company. On time, quality install on a new AC unit and furnace, as well as a diagnostic and replacement of a AC coil on a different unit. Honest and upfront pricing (beat out other quotes) and very flexible with scheduling. Based on the good experience I had, I have recommended Whole Home Comfort to others.

Excellent, excellent job! This is the guy you want to call! Andy Williamson is the owner and was also the person who came out to my condo in Hilliard on a $49 Big Deal from Angie's List to check my 15 year old A/C unit. I had scheduled another company to come out at a later date to check the furnace, but Andy went ahead and checked that for no additional fee. He was very honest in his evaluation of each unit and very willing to address some other problem areas that were found. The job took a day and a half and was done promptly and as scheduled, at my convenience. It could not have gone better! Brand name Air Ease (built by Lennox), 2 ton, SEER 14, Fed tax credit available.
Description of work:
Installed new A/C outside unit (2 Ton) and coil (installed on furnace). They also rebuilt the intake and out-flow plenums on the furnace for better air flow and the installation of a new filter rack with door. In addition a new programmable thermostat was installed.

Had an issue on a Sunday before Memorial Day...scheduled an appointment for Memorial Day and they came and did a fantastic job. Same rate as any other day and was about as efficient as you can get. Felt I got a more than fair price for the service. I have found a trusted company to call whenever I need HVAC work. Thanks for your help.

This is our second time using Whole Home Comfort. The first time was for our furnace and this time our a/c unit. Both times we received fast service, wonderful customer service and very reasonable repair costs. Thank you for taking such great care of our family! Whole Home Comfort and the owner Andy responded almost immediately to our Air Conditioner issue. Of course the air conditioner quit working on the evening of the hottest day of the year thus far. Andy showed up earlier than scheduled, on a Sunday morning (after calling of course), diagnosed the issue and had our air conditioner up and running within 1/2 hour. It probably would have been completed sooner but we asked him several questions regarding the repair. He was very personable and professional. He cleaned up the mess, checked to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and was working as expected. His rates are fair and better than anyone else we talked too regarding this issue. We recommend Andy and his company highly and if we could give him more than 5 stars we would! Many thanks to Andy for keeping us cool!
