Whole Home Comfort

Called Whole Home Comfort last year when my AC failed. They said they were too busy. I ended up buying a new AC and Furnace from another company.

They were very professional and put no pressure on me to replace my AC unit even though I needed one. Installed a new AC at a great price and would definitely use them again.

Phoned and spoke to an answering service Monday morning, 11/11/19 at 9:00 am. and was told a tech would call me back. I phoned back at 4:30 PM and was told that since it was a holiday there was probably not a tech available. Tuesday 11/12/19 I had not heard from them so I called New Albany Heating and they will be out tomorrow. Wanted to keep my money local, but you have to do what you have to do.

Easy to schedule appointment. Technician Zach was very friendly and thorough. Great pricing. I would recommend them to any friend!

They did a great job! Honest and hardworking with fair prices! Came out to inspect on a Friday, came back Monday morning and had everything installed in 5 hours.
