My washing machine broke down on August 6, 2021. I had purchased it in 2018 and added Lowe's extended warranty as part of the purchase agreement. When I called Lowe's Warranty Hotline on that date, their vendor, Ohio Furnace, was assigned to make the repairs. I have subsequently learned that this vendor will not answer their phone or return calls.
On August 19 Ohio Furnace replaced a part which did NOT fix the problem. When Andy, the repairman left, he said additional parts would be required and he would order them. I never heard from him again, although I called numerous times and left messages.
Finally after more than two weeks of waiting with no response, Lowe's sent another vendor out on September 7, who diagnosed the problem and has ordered parts. The new vendor is very responsive to inquiries and is on top of getting the machine back to working order.
If possible, I would give Ohio Furnace LESS than one star! Worst contractor I have ever dealt with.
