Joseph Duncan was very friendly and professional. We talked and laughed. There was a sweet young lady who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. Had to be rescheduled due to techs all booked up but was made up to by given a discount for the next day service. GREAT team would call again.

Exceptional service. Love the GPS tracker. Love the text letting me know they are on their way. Very knowledgable and willing to answer questions without over selling their service. We had them out for a faucet repair and water heater quote.

Excellent communication by phone, text, and email. They send you a photo of their rep who is coming to your house, which is a nice perk. You also get a heads up by email, text and a call when they are on their way.

I had sewer line issues that were taken care of in 3 visits in 2 days. With their camera, I was able to see into my line, and everything was explained very well. Each rep was very personable, knowledgeable and professional.

Not only was this company very responsive to the fact my 93 year old mother’s air conditioning was not working on a 90 degree day, they sent out a repairman withIn a couple hours! I had called 10 other companies closer to where we lived but they were all booked. So i was extremely happy they could help.

Very professional and well organized company. Their technician, Luther Johnson, was outstanding in his work to resolve our clogged drain problems in our kitchen and bathroom areas. One of the best technicians we have had in our home to troubleshoot and make repairs.

Daniel did an excellent job working on our leaking shower drain! He got it fixed the same day, was respectful to our house and cleaned after himself when he was done. Highly recommend him!

One of our rental properties had a clog in the main sewer line, I called Eco and they were able to go out and snake the drain the same day. LOTS of communication, a couple of texts and a phone call 30mins before Austin got there. Austin was wonderful, he called and explained the whole process, cost associated with the work he was doing and asked many questions about the history of the property so he was well informed. Once finished he gave me a call to tell me what he found and reminded me of the cost and confirmed that the card on file is where the services should be charged. Overall very pleased with Eco and will definitely use their services again.

Keith Ingram was our electrician who also bid the job. He arrived on time, started working right away while waiting for AES to arrive to do the disconnect. We had main service line and breaker assembly replacement. Keith found and corrected several issues with the wiring and grounding, took care to identify and mark each of the breakers. He kept my mother and I apprised of progress and finished up by 2 pm. Everything was tidied up and he reviewed everything with us before collecting final payment. Will definitely call him again. Highly recommend EcoPlumbers for your electrical needs.

Logan was friendly and knowledgeable. Eco plumbers got me on the schedule for next day installation even though they were very busy. Could not thank them enough!

Denis was the one who did the installation. He did an excellent job and also took great care to make sure I understood how to operate and navigate our new tank. He was kind, professional, did excellent work, and cleaned up everything very well. So thankful for Eco Plumbers- thank you, Logan and Denis!

Last year we had a plumbing issue and used Eco Plumbers to fix it. The technician was great and fixed our issue quickly. He told me about the service plan and I love the service plan I have, they come out to clean and test my HVAC unit at no additional cost. The technician ,Nick, was so kind and professional, if I could request him again I will.
