Nick was a nice and professional- but they made me sit through all of their $5,000 replacement options when all I needed was a new Gas Valve on a water heater. They wanted $1,300 just to replace a gas valve. This option was only offered after I disregarded all $5K options and asked them point blank what it would cost to fix the problem. A 6 minute “how-to” video and a $150 for a new part and I’m much better off without your rip off.

I scheduled online on Memorial Day and I had a technician here the next day. I needed a part that they tracked down not too far away and I was up and running in a couple hours. I 100% recommend ECO. I will be having them back for some electrical work in the near future…you got a customer for life. Thank you.

Eco Plumbers have become my go-to for all plumbing needs. Not inexpensive, to be sure, but high quality in all other categories. Special shout out to Jayden Sawyer, my technician today, who handled everything with expert skill.

Had an issue with my toilet. Contacted eco plumbers to come and fix. The problem was fixed. The young man also did a check of my plumbing which included checking the water heater, the extension tank and water pipes. Very professional. Explained that what I have is currently in good condition but considering the age of the home, the piping, water heater and ext tank will need to be updated. Fortunately not all today. Was given an estimate for the work that needs to be done. Considering on getting this going. Helps that I can pay in installments which is a tremendous help. Will definitely use their services again.

Dalton did an excellent job. He was efficient and answered all my questions. He explained everything I needed to know. He cleaned up and you wouldn't even know any work was done. He was friendly and engaging.

We just love working with Eco. The guys are not only knowledgeable but also able to patiently convey their knowledge to us as laymen so that we understand what we’re paying for and why. They replaced our HVAC and water heater and the faucet in our soaker tub so far.
