Had a excellent experience with this company. Very professional, courteous, short lead time. Showed up when they said they would within a few hours Dave and Mike at my new system up and running.

I called and they came out immediately! Dave fixed the problem easily and was so knowledgeable, respectful and pricing was very reasonable. We will not be using any other company! Thanks cowboys!

Being a slight cynic, I tend to rely more on that old saying "The proof's in the pudding!" Well what Cowboy's did for me in the installation of our geo-thermal adhered to that. Our previous system, which btw they did not install, was a mess for a couple reasons. Dave and his team totally ripped out the old system, including by-passed the convection field in the yard, and started anew. Results...exactly 50% savings on my electric bill from last year based on hard numbers over a six-month window in the dead of winter. And the icing on the proverbial cake was a 30% tax credit for 2019 installs. Not promising you'll see the savings we did but suffice it to say it'll be a marked improvement over what you have now. Dave has a computer model that he can run for you and his estimate on ours came in right on top of our actual savings. Thanks much Cowboys!!!

It has been 7 years since Cowboys installed a geothermal unit into our home in Yellow Springs. The unit has completely paid for itself in the cost savings at the end of the 7th year.

If you are considering geo-thermal you should at a minimum let Cowboy's evaluate your situation before moving forward. The larger companies wanted to put in a big unit but Cowboys evaluated the insulation and determine that a small unit would work just fine. As a faculty member at Sinclair College I asked the HVAC professors about the evaluation Cowboys did on our home to determine the size of the unit. The faculty members agreed with the evaluation and design of the unit proposed by Cowboys.

There was a major advantage working with a small company. The guys giving the quote are the guys doing the work.

I just added a room onto my house and went back to Cowboys to set-up heating and cooling for that room. Again they figured out the best approach for HVAC.

When building our home these are the only guys that signed their work because they were proud of the craftsmanship. I am sure you will not find that with any other company.
