I called Brad for a service repair job and he returned my call promptly told me he was on a job and would have to contact me when finished regarding setting up an appointment. Brad called back as he said and scheduled my appointment and also gave me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. I was kept in the loop during repair and was well informed throughout the whole job. I would highly recommend Cowboys HVAC to anyone. I know I won't call anyone else. Cowboys has my business.
Thermostat gave blue screen of death on a Friday afternoon. Tried original installation contractor for service without success. Then got hold of ClimateMaster wholesaler who recommended Cowboy’s. Called and talked to Dave who said he had two calls but would swing by end of day. At 6:00 PM Dave showed up, replaced my thermostat, then checked installation parameters and made recommended changes for setting that should never have been done. Now he is even trying to get a warranty reimbursement for me. When you find someone like this, you return again and again for service. I highly recommend this company especially for ClimateMaster Geothermal equipment.

The Good: The workmanship I've received is superb! They're very knowledgeable, they're extremely friendly, they're conscious of safety, and they don't push for any service that isn't needed.
The Bad: Their communication is atrocious! Each year, I schedule an appointment to clean my propane furnace. I understand that, like a doctor's office, the time slot is a best estimate and will shift based on how the work goes...maybe even substantially. However, when the technician is 4 hours late, the company NEEDS to (and has thus far always failed to) communicate that with their customers. When I called the main line at the 3-hour mark, they said they'd page him and get back with me. They did not get back with me...
So, bottom-line - If you want great service for your yearly maintenance and have all day to wait around with no status updates, these are your guys. If your time is important to you, I recommend you look elsewhere; I know I will be.
Our technician was Benjamin whom was very professional, responsive and polite. Benjamin informed us about our heating issue. Provided reasonable prices. Benjamin was a pleasure to have and because of Benjamin we will definitely use Cowboys to service our A/C heating system now and in the future.
Dave,Marc,and Brad did a great job. We had to wait for quite awhile for the furnace to come in due to the virus shut down. No fault of theirs. When the unit came in they had it up and running in 1 1/2 days. They rerouted the duct work and we have a lot more room also flipped the filter opening so changing the filter is much easier. Something else they are old fashion in that a hand shake is what completed the deal. Thx Brian&Sharon
