Our boiler heat stopped working late Saturday evening, December 14, 2020. By early morning Sunday the temperature in our house dropped 15 degrees from 70 to 65 and was dropping fast. I figured that it being Sunday, it would be difficult to locate a repair service that was open. We had Reynold's Service a few years prior. We had their phone number close at hand. So I called at 6:30 AM. The Technician named Jacob answered my call within 3 rings. I described our problem and he said that he would come to our house ASAP. He worked on our boiler for 2+ hours only to come to the conclusion it needed a new gas valve, only problem the parts store was closed until Monday morning. He offered to lend us electric space heaters to keep warm in the meantime. I thought that was a very kind and generous offer. But our daughter had 2 space heaters she was not using and we could use them to warm the house till repairs were done. Next morning Reynolds called and said they got the needed gas valve and would come right over and do the install.
Technician Nick did the repairs in about 1 hour and we had heat soon after. Jacob and Nick never complained and were very courteous and professional. We highly recommend Bill Reynold's Heating for all your heating and cooling service.

Great super years of service and no complaints. But needed to replace the furnace and AC and other bids for units of same standard and quality significantly lower. Took a lower bid and it too was first class in installation and current performance. MAY return to Reynolds for service but getting initial service check up from new company is initially complimentary.

We have now used Bill Reynolds Heating and Cooling for a couple things.
To maintenance our furnace in Oct.2019, and now to replace our leaking hot water Tank.
In both instances their Response time, Professionalism, Quality, and Pricing were above outstanding.
My Water heater blew out in the middle of the night.
After calling multiple companies out here in Madison, and getting the run around on pricing, I decided to try Reynolds again.
Once again Teri the office Manager, and Jimmy and Ed, the Technicians who installed the tank in about 1.5 hours in an inclosed area were simply the best.
I know that honestly, I will do no more shopping around when I am in dire need, or for any need again for any of the services that they offer.

I truly believe that this company did a good job. I'm a landlord. Talked to the receptionist to make an appointment which she told me that they would call me before they fix the problem and to verify that I wanted the service. Nope never happened they showed up did the work and of course charged my card the next day. It wasnt an expensive fix but I feel it's bad customer service. Hopefully they will read this and learn from this.

I have received superior services from Bill Reynolds Heating & Air for the past 32 yrs. They even came out Christmas Day two yrs ago. After 32 yrs I had them install a new unit this week. I do not know if it will run for 32 years, but I do know Dan, Sean, Chris, Nick, and Denise will only be a phone call away. I wouldn’t trust my home to anyone else. Thanks for 50 plus years!
