I am super thankful for this business! Customer service was great and employees were quick to come and fix my HVAC when we had our heat go out, which was extremely urgent in the dead of winter. My Technician was Jacob, and after my furnace quit working this morning he was dispatched very quickly out to my home. (I thought the time to have a technician come out would be much longer as the tempature in my house kept dropping lower and snow started to accumulate) Jacob arrived with a positive attitude and a warm smile immediately calming my anxiety. He asked me what problems I was experiencing with the unit, he took the time to listen intently to my concerns and immediately went to work! Jacob communiticated his findings in a way that was very easy to understand and the repair cost was very reasonable! We are SO very thankful to have heat again!! Noah, is a great service repair man, very dependable and honest. He takes time to answer any questions that you may have. I would recommend Noah to anyone. For new customers that are not for sure, I would say call the company and ask for Noah.

Noah came out quickly when our furnace blower stopped working. He was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. The part was not available in a timely manner so we are currently deciding what to do. Noah was very professional and answered all of my questions and gave me some insight as to the advantages of a Carrier system versus my current Trane system. One of those is part availability. I will definitley use Upper Arlington Air when we are ready to replace our HVAC units!

Last year I needed my AC unit replaced, since it was approaching its end-of-life. Their rep Noah Beeli came out, and gave me a cost and time estimate that was very competitive. He also took the time to explain the difference in efficiency between my old heating system (Over 20 years old) and the new models. I chose to replace my old heating system and AC unit, with a Heat Pump system on his advice. The installation was a smooth affair, clean and on time, their installation crew was courteous, clean and efficient. I noticed last Summer after the new system installation, that my electric bill had dropped from its customary $250-$300 per month to $150 or less. The real test came this Winter, as the usual $400 electric bill topped out at $160. The temperature through the house is also more even, as the new system gives better air flow. Their original quoting rep (Noah Beeli) came out today to do the Pre-Summer check, and I took the opportunity to thank him for his help and useful advice. Great company, great people.
