Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

We had cooling system in this past summer. Contractor was very polite and respectful. But the heat is on but it is not heating up the house. The thermostat has 3settings cool, heat, emergency heat, when you put it on the heat setting it blows out cold air just as cold as the air setting. I don't know what to do. I have called but they said they didn't bother the heat but it doesn't work on heat not very satisfied with the product.

After several years of postponing in window replacement, I had decided to use Sears home improvement for my home project; replacing several windows and door...I was satisfied... Will strongly use them for further home improvements...

Outstanding job done on my bathroom remodel. The team worked soooo hard and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend even though it was a little pricey, I think it is worth every dollar!

Everyone from the Planners, Financers, and Installers were very nice and very Professional. I love my new Air Condioner ! I would say it is So COOL !

Would definitely not recommend sears for any home improvement jobs you may have. Their communication is non existent

I have had to call 3 times and it is still not finished. It is taking over a month and a half for this project.
