Had routine maintenance done on furnace and a\c. (it was long overdue!)

Found out that the furnace wasn't working properly. Since the furnace was about 37 years old, it was just time to replace it.(yes, I was truly sad to see it go)

AirTron representative explained the different heating units they sale. He didn't try to push the most expensive unit; just the right heating unit for the size my house.

They were even able to install it the next day! First off I was happy to see they have their own installers! The person who install my unit was Nick Hall. He explained thoroughly what he was going to do as well as give me an estimation on how long it would take! He was pretty close of meeting his estimated time.

Best price and friendly service. Entire install done in 4 hours. Nick and Nick did a nice clean and professional install of entire system. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

I would like to give this company over all a great big thumbs up! From reporting to my landlord and it being a holiday weekend they were able to replace my AC unit within 4 day! Amazing! And that young man Nick H. Was absolutely the politest young man I have met in sometime, he was knowledgeable, explaining everything for me, and ensuring that my air was working perfectly! Fantastic job!

My service technician (Abdul Dil) was phenomenal. So nice, professional and excellent at his job. The AC evaporator coil needed replaced and it was a tedious job. Very, very happy with the work he performed and will request him next time I call Airtron.

Everyone I dealt with Airtron were great. Sales Representation showedup on time and delivered a clear and cost effective quote. Scheduled an install for the next day! Install arrived the next day in the designated time window and installed new AC in a timely and professional manor. They also walked me through some suggested tips to monitor. Appreciated the team and their service.

Airtron has played a major role in my heating/cooling situation for my house. I have had a maintenance contract with them ever since they installed the new system. Recently, the furnance needed updates because of defective parts. Even though the system was installed years ago, the parts were still covered and everything was updated including a new thermostat without cost to me. The serviceman was awesome and worked with me from the problem to the solution and and friendly, helpful, and ontime everytime. I feel you can't go wrong with Airtron.

Nick and Danny were out to replace our HVAC system with less than 24 hours' notice. They were on time, professional, efficient and very informative on the new system. Had an all around great experience with them and great quality on our new system. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a new furnace and/or AC.

Our air conditioner was not working and we called Airtron; Cameron was able to schedule service that same day! Dil diagnosed the issue and was professional, knowledgeable and explained the issue, as well as detailed our options. Later that same day, Karen met on-site to provide us with detailed quotes for a new A/C vs repairing our existing one; we opted for repair, as our A/C is not that old. Joe completed the repair and was prompt, highly-skilled, and efficient! We are pleased with Airtron’s excellent customer service and now have a maintenance service plan. We are looking forward to working with them and would recommend Airtron to others.

Heating stopped working. Called first thing in the morning and someone was out around noon. Kind and courteous. Said we needed a new part but they had no clue when it would come in as they had no more in stock-said it comes from the manufacturer and could come tomorrow or could come in a month! Asked the service man if he thought other companies would have the same issue and he said they would since it’s a manufacturer issue (common supply chain issues with COVID). I would have assumed a company this size would have all available parts on hand OR should be able to get them in a timely manner. I called a very small company much closer to where I live and they had multiple of the part that needed replaced and came out three hours later, installed the part, and now the heat works!
