Contacted AirTron for service call on AC. Chuck came out. He’s a 33 year tech saying my AC was 21 years old, needed replaced & furnace in same situation. Karen came out same day & we purchased both. Installation was available in 2days. Nick was installer for furnace. Another tech worked outside on the AC (it poured most of the day😩) Nick was wonderful, explaining everything to me. Professional job from both techs. City of Columbus comes out next week to inspect installation. I would highly recommend this company. Great customer service & warranty on equipment.

Gil.G. came to our condo and was here for almost 5 hours. The issue had been erroneously diagnosed prior to his visit. He was very professional and went above and beyond to fix the furnace. We could not have asked for better service. We were fortunate to have such a skilled technician and one who went the extra mile to give us heat on a cold day. I've had Airtron service my HVAC system for 25+ years. I think their service and customer service is exceptional. Although I usually have Chuck out, I've never had a technician out that I wasn't pleased with. I highly recommend Airtron.

Throughout many years we have had quality service consistently. Our service repairman, Yancy, was thorough and professional with this repair. He took time to educate me about the part he replaced and about easy maintenance to make our system last longer.

We’ve had a service agreement with Airtron for years, and installed a new HVAC system about a year ago. The sales and installers were very pleasant, clean, and efficient. Today we had a serviceman, Yancy Alston, stop by to check the humidifier. Yancheng has been our serviceman for years and always is pleasant, and addresses/fixes any issues we may have.

Had my semi-annual system tune-up recently and it was great. Sean and Adam answered the questions I had about the condition of the outside wiring, and they were thorough in their tasks without taking a long time. They were also very friendly and conversational, which is so appreciated. I hope I get either/both of these guys on future visits.

I've used Airtron for years and have always had the maintenance plan, which has been so useful and has saved me lots of money. I finally had to purchase a new A/C system and kept the plan, which now allows me to have annual check-ups at no cost. Sam arrived on time for my appointment and was professional and fast. I highly recommend Airtron. This company has always provided excellent service.

Sean Abston came out and fixed an issue we had with our new build. He was awesome! Professional and super nice guy who was very knowledgeable too! I would recommend him 100%!

Yancy did a great job in the maintenance/repair of our HVAC. He had to make two trips to go pick up parts but was able to repair everything in a short time period. He was friendly, professional, and got the system working correctly. Thanks.
