The technician answered my many questions and did a great job explaining to me my heating system. He did important, needed, maintenance on my boiler, which makes me happy to know that I'm helping to maintain my houses heating system.

Chase was very nice and respectful, but way too expensive. I already had the new sump pump just needed it installed. Over $1,000 just for labor. Too much for a senior citizen to pay on a budget income.

Recently had my yearly service check up. The technicians showed up on time and diagnosed any issues. If you need new equipment, they provide a quote and won't try to sell you something you don't need. I've been using gorjanc for years and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality company for servicing their heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

The entire process was top notch… From scheduling to communications to Eric doing the work. Very thorough and effective.

Needed a new furnace. Joe Donnelly came out a provided me with 6 alternatives, highlighted the pros and cons of each and answered my questions so that I could make an informed decision. Then, as planned, the installation techs - led by Jordan Wulf - showed up and walked me through what they would be doing. Installation went smoothly and the team did a great job of cleaning up before they left.

While I’m out of town, my home is checked daily. On Saturday, the person proving this surveillance for me noted a loud clanging sound coming from the boiler room so she called Gorjanc at my direction. Gorjanc (Luke, I believe) immediately arranged to meet her and inspect the boiler where he identified a malfunctioning circulating pump. The pump was ordered and already installed by Pete this morning (Monday). I appreciate such responsive professional assistance for my home.

David and Brian vacuumed the air ducts and installed as top of the line house air cleaner. They were so efficient and took care of all the details including making sure the cats stayed safely in the house!

Adam came for a leak issue. He was very knowledgeable, professional and covered any possibilities before confirming his diagnostic. Very good experience with Gorjanc!
