Furnace would not stay lit. Request a service call. They were able to come out same day, a couple hrs after placing call. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it and made sure no other safety issues . Informed me the part would need to be replaced and gave me a quote. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and kind

Very disappointed in this company. Had a technician come out to look at my furnace after I lost power and the furnace would not go back on after power was restored. The technician ran a diagnostic test that cost me $119 just to tell me it a power issue. Power had gone off again while technician was there. Was told if the furnace does not work when the power is restored to call us back and we will come back out and not charge you the diagnostic test fee and check your furnace again. Power went back on and still no furnace. I called numerous times the next day to see if someone can come out to help me or at least let me know if they couldn’t so I wasn’t sitting in a house that was 35 degrees with my pipes freezing. Took them 4 1/2 to call me back and just to tell me they service there service members first before non service members and will not be able to come out. Which if I knew about this I would have never gone with this company. So I get pushed to the bottom because those are the rules. I understand that the bad storm had caused them to be very busy but very unprofessional as not to at least give me a call to let me know what was going on. I could have at least tried a different company but wasted my time waiting and waiting for a call to be returned. Then was told that maybe they can come out on Tuesday to check on my furnace again because of the holidays which was incorrectly checked the first time. That would be four days later after the incorrect diagnostic test was done on Friday By then every pipe in my house would burst open. Not sure what is involved with a diagnostic test at your company but doesn’t seem like much and to charge $119 is robbery. I will be working with another company as it is an electrical problem not a power problem.
We started out with Original Donnelly in the 1980's. Gorjanc bought out Donnelly and we kept them to perform hvac maintenence at all our homes over the years. They have been exceptional as expected.
The owner met with us on a Monday the end of August. The installation of our new HVAC system was started on Thursday. The installers were very polite. They explained everything to us as the installation progressed. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked. The owner came out several times during the installation process and after. When the installation was complete one of the installers walked us through how the components worked. We have not had any problems with the air conditioning or heating units. Gorjanc was not the least expensive, but definitely the best.
We pay $25 a month for them to maintain our furnace. And yet it still has issues. It's new mind you. When we first hired them, they had us spend a couple thousand to buy this, that and the other. Which I heard they do sometimes.
Well we recently had an issue, they came over and checked briefly and said everything was fine. The charge? Over $100. Seriously? For a few minutes stay and nothing was done? I've heard others say this company is not what it used to be and a rip off now, I am thinking its true.
Called for help due to leaky faucet. Came to replace faucet in timely manner. Professional. But costly. I would recommend but if possible would cost compare prior to signing up with them. Grateful they helped me but wish it was not so expensive (I had the parts and cost about $250 per hour for labor). Prepare for that if you call them.
Our tech Paul did a great job fixing our furnace. The company fit us in right away for this cold winter day. He identified the problem and got the part for us right away. The furnace is back in action now! We appreciate it.
