Budget Heating and Cooling Parts

I used Budget through my Home Warranty company. Communication with Budget was great! Gigi in the office made sure I knew what was going on and with clear notification of visits. Oleh is the technician who came to fix the furnace, Oleh is a great technician and did great work. He is knowledgable, professional and a great worker! Great experience.

Just had them replace a water heater that was leaking out! They had a new one installed as if nothing ever happened! Excellent timing and kept me updated with their status conveniently through sms!

Worst customer service ever. Technician came out took pictures. Then charged me $100.00. Then a week later informed they don't know what is wrong. I asked why they didn't look at the damaged ac unit. There response was, "was because we don't have to." I very much believe that this operation is a scam. I hope that I can help future victims avoid the experience that I have had with them. I hope your other branches aren't as terrible ad Westlake.

Very professional, friendly, kind and knowledgeable.

I didn't know anything about heating and cooling systems. I didn't even have a filter. Budget came out, cleaned my furnace, put filter in and installed an air scrubber. After the air scrubber installation, I let it run couple hours and when come back home, all I smell was fresh air. There is no dust, no food smell, no cigarettes smell. This is the best thing I have done for my home and my health.

The tech was super patient with me and with my questions and explained everything one by one. Very very knowledgeable and seems like he loves his job. I recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I called a month ago to receive an estimate. Said that I would have it in 2 days. When I called they apologized and said it would be sent that day well here I am a month later and NO SERVICE. Unprofessional, unreliable service. Also forget about requesting for a manager or someone to call you back. They are never on the office other than to answer the phone. Go at your own risk
