Had knocking sound in walls when water was running. Jack K. came out to evaluate the issue. He came well within the designated time and was professional and courteous throughout. He even stayed while I discussed the need for a new water meter with Aqua Ohio and coordinated with them to have all repairs done on Friday. Second time I have used Reeves and again they didn’t disappoint.

I contacted Reeves after having unknown issues from a less then reliable contractor. Adam and his crew were able to come in, assess the issues and create a plan to fix everything. It was a large job from the beginning, but everyone involved was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and more then willing to explain all the issues that needed to be fixed. The work is immaculate, and my house was left clean and debris free each night. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who has plumbing issues in the future.

Jack was here when we were told and evaluated the problem and fixed it with no issues. We have had Reeves come out several times and are always professional and reasonably priced.

Robert, Eddie and Ronzel did a beautiful job. They are focused, very friendly and courteous. One of the best crews I've experienced, and the result of their work is even aesthetically pleasing. I am assured the gas-leaking problem I had is remedied.

I contacted this company because my hot water tank was leaking and the guy informed me that because I have an old Kenmore tank from Sears who went out of business, they would not be able to assist me. He was very honest and transparent and I thanked him for that! A lot of people are dishonest and would take advantage of a woman and pretend they could help just to get money. I truly appreciate their transparency. Thanks again.

I hired Reeves to work on my boiler and replace a toilet. The guys including Jack were prompt to the appt and quoted the job. We hired them on the spot and scheduled the appt. They were reasonable, friendly and arrived on time to do the work. We have not had any problems with the boiler since.

Jack, came on time was very friendly & kind. Found the problems explained it to me. He was very helpful! If ever in need again I’d definitely reach back out to Reeves!

Jack provided a thorough inspection accompanied with a detailed quote for a sewer lateral sleeving. His quote was delivered on time and he explained it in a manner i didn't require a PHd in mechanical engineering or a lawyer to interpret it. Looking forward to getting our work done.
