Debord's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

Told me on 2 occasions I have a cracked heat exchanger, and said I need a new furnace $$$$$. Had to use space heaters for 2 years. Called another HVAC person fixed my oil furnace in 20 minutes, avoid at all costs.

We have been with Debord's for over 20 years, which includes replacing a couple furnaces and air conditioners, as well as the occasional worn-out hot water heater, septic pump station pump, etc. Even had them install a home generator when they still were doing this. Have yet to meet a service person who isn't good at what he does, and the staff is always pleasant on phone exchanges and making appointments.

Debord's has always impressed me with their timeliness as well as their professionalism. Having a major part of your home serviced (furnace/AC) is nerveracking and stressful because you want to make sure the job is done right and you aren't being ripped off - the perks of being a homeowner. But from the first time Debord's was at our house, those worries subsided and we continue to rely on their service to keep our unit running and our house comfortable! We will never go anywhere else but Debord's!

The 12 month service of equipment was professionally performed and the technician, Everett, called me 10 minutes before his arrival. He answered all our questions and explained, in easy to understand phrases, everything he was doing. We hope he returns for next year's service.

Finally got someone to come out after they rescheduled for a week later. Guy finally shows up, late, looks the job over and tells me he will get me a quote in 2 days. After waiting 3, I called, then called 3 more times through the course of the week. Never heard from them again, never got quote, had to find someone else. Sad thing is we were right up the road from their office. Never use or recommend this company.

Very professional, great communication and on time! My service tech Andrew took his time to explain everything. Andrew was very courteous and professional. I would recommend Debords and Andrew to all my friends and family.

Great knowledgeable service guys. I have a yearly contract to service each unit; so my air and heat have been working for 12 years and no brake downs WOW !!

The have replaced our AC unit, and installed a gas boiler for us. They are always professional and efficient.
