Wally is THE BEST! Even though he couldn't help me with my particular issue, he was more than helpful in giving me sound advice. He put my needs ahead of his own in an effort to make a buck at all costs. In a world where there are so many unscrupulous contractors, Wally stands head and shoulders above the rest and shows how customers should be treated. If I ever have another HVAC issue in the future, I'll be calling him first.

We have heat! Highly recommend Tip Topp Heating and Cooling! Wally Sushchuk and his wife made it all come together in a very short notice to get our house warm again! Nice Trane unit, quieter then my ancient high end Carrier! New thermostat. 10 year Warranty. Very reasonable pricing, which as a homeowner with an emergency, was very relieving. Out with the old and in with the new in about 5 hours!

Our hot water heater gave up the ghost over the Fourth of July weekend and Wally was out to our house promptly with a replacement unit.
