Choice Aire went above and beyond! They thoroughly inspected our furnace and found installation issues from our prior HVAC contractor that restricted air flow and therefore the performance of the A/C. They corrected these furnace issues when installing the new A/C and the performance is better than ever. They are friendly, but more importantly really know what they are doing and charge very reasonable prices as well

I converted from geo thermal to gas and Brandon & Brandon from Choice Aire did a fantastic job on removing the old equipment and installing the new furnace and AC. The nature of the job presented some significant challenges and they met all my expectations, were very respectful, on time and left the area looking the same as when they arrived (no mess at all). HVAC is typically a big investment in the home, which is where my extension of credit goes to this business for their professionalism in helping with this important decision. I did my due diligence and requested multiple quotes from different HVAC companies. To no discredit to the competitors, ChoiceAire did a great job in explaining their product as simply as possible, being up front with pricing options, and also implementing a very timely, clean installation process. The entire timeline, from sales presentation to the actual installation was seamless on our end and performed to and beyond the set expectations. My family and I are pleased so far with our new HVAC system.

When my furnace stopped working in the dead of winter, Choice Aire quickly came to assess the issue. They had to order a part and went above and beyond on helping me keep my house warm until the part came in. They even asked if I needed more heaters as I was concerned my pipes would freeze. They quickly and efficiently fixed my furnace once the part came in. I will highly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Choice Aire!

After doing research on heating and cooling for almost year and having a gas line ran to our house we chose Choice Aire. Eric came to our house and discussed options with us several months before we were ready to install our new furnace. He was knowledgeable and professional while he was here and provided information on the products as well as calculations for sizing of our unit with the quote. We had received several quotes and Eric’s quote was economical and made sense in Lehman’s terms to us rather than us feeling like we had no idea what the salesman had just explained. Brandon and Brandon did our install. They were professional and communicated with us through every step of the process. They calmed my anxiety about the new gas line, inspections, and carbon monoxide. They also handled our toddlers well who were “helping” them while they were here. Jen and Eric also made sure that their team was here for the inspections incase any issues were found, which there was not. Choice Aire replaced our 43 year old furnace and an air conditioner with a more efficient Bryant model not quite a year ago. Both are working perfectly and saving us money. Most people only buy a furnace once or twice in their lives so trust in service and installation is important. The installation was meticulously and expertly done on time. The installers were courteous and polite, explained every step of the process along the way and left no mess or clutter. The people at Choice Aire are well trained and mindful of customer needs. I highly recommend them.

I had a an issue with my old furnace and had a service guy come out to look at it. He was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately he found a hole in the heat exchanger so I ended up needing a new furnace. Within a couple days I had a new furnace. The installers did a great job and only took them a few hours. The install looks good and the furnace has been working great so far. Overall I am very happy with my experiences with Choice Aire and will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC work.

We would like to take a second and thank Choice Air. Last week we had a furnace issue, little did we know how bad it was. I called before 8am and left a message and Eric and his staff had a tech to us by noon Friday, then had a Rep to my house on Saturday to talk to us about options to replace our unit. I called Eric and asked his opinion and he suggested the less expensive one, and had his crew on site Monday morning. The installation crew was very professional and helpful to my wife. I would highly recommend them to all in need of HVAC help.
