All professional staff with what was marked about the business, want to give a special shout out to Shelly S in the office, she is very pleasant on the phone, very professional, extremely customer service oriented, and appreciate that she does the call backs prior to appointment date to confirm, she is professional to the extent to teach customer service courses, special thank you to her and kudos to Eddie and Roger for their professional, fast and awesome work, appreciate you. And a special special shout out to Jose for all of the foremention and then some, he explained everything to the extreme - you are one awesome dude - YOU ROCK!!!

Thank you for your prompt reply to my almost panic phone call early on a Saturday morning. Austen was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He knew right away what the problem was and how to repair it for us. He showed us the broken part, how it should function, and what was needing to be done to fix the problem. Once started, he performed the work professionally and efficiently. Shelley is great on the phone - telling us when someone could come out, following up and keeping us informed. The texting system is GREAT too - a nice touch to keep customers informed. Definitely recommend him and All American Plumbing!

All American Plumbing associates Roger H. And Benito were a Great help. They worked quick and efficient and went step by step with us to find the problem and solve it. They were friendly and explained our options for the future and how our guarantee worked. We will be using them again in the future...

We worked with All American on a large project and while initially they were great to work with that didn’t last long. They tried charging us for thousands of dollars of items we didn’t even purchase and if I wouldn’t have been very diligent it would have been missed. When the system they installed failed to heat our building efficiently they were difficult to work with and didn’t seem happy about having to fix it. They improperly designed another system in our facility and basically said “Oh well”. Recently, we pointed out some other issues we were having with things that they installed and they became defensive, used profanity and said don’t call us again. They’re completely unprofessional and do NOT stand behind their work if they make a mistake. There are much much better options out there.

All American Plumbing was super responsive, priced the job our perfectly and did a great job as well. What more could you ask for. Would definitely use them again.

Started out running a little late but Shelly called and let us know. Jose came to the door and his door mat was already unrolled. He was very professional and checked everything out and offered free advice which I really appreciated. All in all went very well. Would recommend AAP and Jose to friends.

Cinco De Mayo of all days to have a sink back up! We needed a plumber and called All American Plumbing in Los Banos, CA to our rescue. Along came Stephen M. to fix our sink and we couldn't of asked for a better plumber. Not only did he provide excellent service but he informed us of all associated risks and suggestive maintenance to keep our drain clear. He even cleaned up the area of service. Thank you All American Plumbing for selecting nothing but the best to represent your company's mission to help drains in need of care.

I was very unhappy with the charges. $425. to dig a partially dug hole that we started in the location where the water was seeping. He gave me a quote for the whole job that I didn't feel was acceptable ( to stop the leak or replace the pipe ) so I asked him to wrap it up That is when he gave me the cost of digging the hole.
I read the emailed quote. It had a signature area for before the work was to start and that I agreed with the charges, and a second space for after. In truth I was offered to sign both after the hole was dug and that is when I was informed of the cost of digging a $425. hole.
Sorry but I will not be calling All American pluming again.

Lamont Goldstein was our Salesman, was on time, clean and professional. Spent time with us going over problems having with old unit verses up grading. We knew it was time. He is an GREAT sales man. With my husband also being over sales.......They got what they both wanted, and I am HAPPY............EVERY ONE WINS
