The team at Services Unlimited are great!!! They are super responsive. They worked me into a very tight schedule and had us back operational quickly. I strongly recommend this company for all you HVAC needs.

Ronnie arrived and did a complete diagnosis of system to verify complaint of defective thermostat, ordered part , returned, installed new thermostat, problem solved.
I will use this company for future needs.

We had issues with our AC not cooling very well, and had Services Unlimited come out to look at it, as they had installed the system and it was under warranty. Our problem was tricky to show to them, since our AC would run, and cool air would come out of the vents, but it wasn't very cool or very strong, and so as the day went on, it would just keep getting hotter and hotter, even when it was only in the 80s outside.

They were very professional and helpful, testing and changing various things, and then coming back out if the problem wasn't fixed. After a couple of changes that improved the situation, but didn't fix it, I ended up talking to the owner of the company, Clint, who was extremely polite and helpful. He apologized for the issues we were having, and said he was going to come out himself to figure out the problem, and he most certainly did that. After testing everything and changing a few things, he finally called the manufacturer of our air control system (not sure what it's called), and found out that despite the model being a certain size, it actually pushes less air than it indicated, and they said it wouldn't be able to keep up with the square footage.

He immediately apologized again for this mistake, which seems like a pretty easy one to make, and had a team out within two days to replace the whole unit. As an engineer, I understand how easy it is to miss small issues like that when everything appears to work, and despite my patience and understanding, they never appeared to be trying to downplay the issue to avoid honoring the warranty. Everything was done quickly and professionally. It's been a couple of weeks now, and our AC works like a champ!

Can't say enough how happy I am with my experience, and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have a service agreement with Services Unlimited and I'm very glad I do. Their team is helpful, courteous and professional. They do a great job addressing my HVAC system and they do minor maintenance as part of the service agreement. If my system ever needs major work, they provide a quote and give me a sense for how long I can wait before having the major maintenance/ repairs done.

I am so glad I have a maintenance agreement with Services Unlimited. It reduces the need to worry that my system may conk out in the dead of Winter or die in the middle of Summer.

Todd listened to all my needs, concerns and answered all my questions giving me a clear understand of all my options so I could purchase the best unit for my home. He also gave me several financial options and I feel he gave me an excellent purchase price. I also want to commend the service men Alex, Howard and Jack, Jr. They were knowledgeable, neat, on time and very respectful of my home and the fact I was working from home. Great service! From the owners to management to the service team the whole company is just simply GREAT!!! We have been under the care of services unlimited for 3 years since we purchased our home. They were the builders contractor and we have used them for service issues and a conversion to Natural Gas. I have no bad things to say, they have helped us navigate a manufacturer quality issue and have treated us like gold every time we have called. When our AC failed they provided same day service, their on call team is responsive and friendly. There are few places that provide this level of QUALITY, EFFICIENCY and KINDNESS. Their all around customer service is top notch. More companies should emulate them.

I was very satisfied with Services Unlimited from the beginning of the process to the end. I spoke to 4 different companies when I was looking for a new HVAC unit. The customer service provided by John far outweighed that of the reps from the other companies. John was friendly, informative, and took the time to answer ALL my questions.
