The group at Sky HVAC was helpful, communicative, and efficient. They installed a new HVAC system for me and did a good job walking me through all the considerations. They installed it promptly and seem to have good customer support.

From appointments to sales team, Sky has been excellent. Chelsea, from the charlotte office, knew I was having trouble finding a vendor who would install the ductless mini-split in a smaller market, so she called two of their other offices to see if one of their techs would meet with me and provide an estimate for the work required. She was able to find a team that could accommodate my needs and connected me with Brad and Dalton from the Winston-Salem team; they have been attentive, responsive and patient while we continue to work towards the solution that works best for my unique home - an 1840 log cabin that’s been difficult to efficiently heat and cool. So far, brad has been wonderful and far exceeds expectations as he has answered 101 questions and is ready for more, though, chelsea really set the tone with her customer service from the get-go so I should have expected all to follow would be just as great. It would seem that Sky HVAC has a standard of service they maintain and it shows effortlessly with the wonderful staff and techs I’ve encountered thus far. 100% a true professional company from end-to-end.

Exceptional service from the estimate to the installation. The estimator, Brad was thorough and very informative. The crew that came out knew exactly what they were doing and worked well together. They took the time to explain the installation and gave me a few tips to keep the unit working at peak efficiency.

Dalton and Sky HVAC were awesome!! From the start of the AC and Furnace install to the end, everything went off without a hitch. They were/are professional, efficient, and exceptionally responsive to our every need and/or concern. A five star rating doesn’t do justice to the remarkable workmanship that was provided. Beyond this, all of the crew were polite and courteous (even amongst themselves)—a tribute to their profession.

On the day of installation the technicians Chris Linch, Zac Smith, and Aaron Johnson arrived to my house on time. They answered all my question and they were very professional, polite, respectful and extremely knowledgeable.
I was also very impressed by how quickly Sky HVAC was able to send the technicians then changed out my HVAC system. All the proccess took one week.
