The Sky HVAC technicians were both very friendly and professional. They completed the job quickly and were able to answer all questions I had. The pricing was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend!

I was just impressed. My heater went out on a Saturday, it was pretty cold and windy that day. So I started looking for a repair service online to contact and get out to my place ASAP. It was starting to get late and on a Saturday night I wasn't expecting to see anyone till at least Monday Tuesday or possibly Wednesday at the earliest. When I called I was shocked to learn they could and would send someone that Nighy, very impressed, but I scheduled for the next morning.

The technician was on time and professional and actually just flat out a good guy and he resolved my issue. It is rare that you can honestly say that you had nothing to complain about in a review like this but I can't say anything negative about my experience with Sky HVAC.

I couldn’t get a motor part with the company I normally use because it the part was 8 months behind back order. This company got me the part within 3 weeks and they also came out to help me with my ductwork just being great human beings. If there is any issue they are ready to fix it. Great company, friendly staff. The two guys that came out today were great very knowledgeable.

Zac was very pleasant and professional, on time for appointment and got my hvac working quickly. Definately use their services should i need repair again!

We were incredibly impressed with Sky HVAC from start to finish! We chose to go with a mini split system for our business space at the recommendation of our salesman Brad. The price was right and he didn't try to upsell us or pressure us into something we didn't need. Two days later, Zach and Aaron were on site and installing our system. They worked with us to figure out the best installation solution for our space and were friendly and funny to boot! It's now working flawlessly (just in time for a cold weather snap). It's quiet, comfortable and you forget it's there, exactly what you want out of a good HVAC system! The guys were fast, affordable and awesome folks all around. We will absolutely be using Sky again and we can't recommend them enough.

Brad was the person who came out to give us an estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I like that he gave us his number for contact if we needed anything. Chris and Jake were the installers. They did a great job, arriving in a timely manner and finishing in no time. I especially like the additional vent they installed in my bedroom Now I have my own vent and Kai our German Shepherd has his.

We checked several HVAC companies for a reasonably priced heat pump, this company was referred by Duke Energy. These folks were awesome. Brad Jones (salesman) found us a great deal, Aaron Johnson and Zach Shaver were the technicians. They were all VERY professional (even to each other), very knowledgeable, took the time to explain some things to us. We were only replacing an old model that was still working, but they still installed the new heat pump within 2 days. They installed a new programmable thermostat, and one of the technicians took the time to explain it to us. They also stayed to make sure that everything was working correctly before they left. They also left NO garbage or trash, as some contractors do. EXCELLENT JOB!

Few times in my life have I been told what to expect and actually get it! Four gentlemen, Aaron Johnson, Chris Lynch, Zach Shaver, and Zac Smith showed up at my home on time with all the necessary parts and tools to install a new heat pump. The installation was completed in 4 hours and these guys were both efficient and professional. I would highly recommend SKY to anyone who values customer service which these days is about impossible to find. Also Brad my salesman was amazing to work with, great price and no pressure.

Best company ever!! They were very prompt and super reliable. They took the time to explain everything and review all options. I highly recommend Sky not only for their professionalism but also their trustworthiness, thoroughness and guarantee!!!
