Replaced our AC units, got us a better deal with their supplier. Very professional. Took time to make sure everything was correct and spent time with me to show how to use the new units. Highly recommend

We here at Arts Together love Southern Seasons Heating and air. We are in a quirky old building and they keep our heating and AC needs up to par even when it is a tricky request. They have super quick response time and are always extremely pleasant and accommodating. 5 stars!!

I have dealt with Anthony Johnson for several years now for both heating & cooling issues. He is quick to return messages, which is a big plus when it’s cold out. We have never felt like he overcharged for his work as he takes the time to first explain the problem & then how he is going to fix it. Another plus is that we’ve never had to have him come back after initial problem was fixed. He fixes it right the first time. Highly recommend this local business.

We had a company come out and they misdiagnosed our unit. I clearly understand that mistakes happen but even if that were the issue, their quote was over double what Southern Seasons would charge.

Anthony saved us literally thousands of dollars and his customer service was above and beyond anything we could have asked for in this time of need. We will never go anywhere else!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I got home after work and realized my A/C wasn’t working properly. I gave Anthony a call after searching on google (perfect reviews) and he was very assertive and willing to come out with a full schedule. Thankfully he gave me a window of time and was out ASAP. 9:45 PM (he got here around 9:30) and I’m feeling cool again! No more panting pups..which they appreciate :) FABULOUS service!

They installed an hvac unit for my in-laws unit that stopped holding Freon. They were able to get a unit and install it for them right away. They were very reliable and professional. We also will be using them for ours in the future!

I ended up calling Anthony at Southern Seasons on Saturday
He answered the phone and I explained my situation. Without hesitating he said I am swamped but I can be there between 7:00pm and 10:00pm.
Between the weather and my schedule he ended up showing up at 9:15pm Sunday night. He asked me some key questions and then started working on the outdoor unit. In no time he diagnosed the problem. He did not have the exact part but was able to combine two parts and get it working!
I am very grateful to sleep in AC tonight!
