This was the first HVAC company to return my call after 2 weeks of trying others. Responded promptly (on a Sunday evening even!), had an appointment the next day, and got everything up and working for me before the hot weather set in. Jamie is friendly and professional and I greatly appreciated the wonderful service.

Absolutely the best! The professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail is beyond reproach. Customer Service the way it's suppose to be. Jaime is kind and very courteous to his clients. I was referred to him by one of my neighbors. This is the A/C guy to go with! He is fair on pricing and doesn't charge you an "arm and a leg"! It's nice to know I can count on him to take care of my A/C and Heating needs. Thanks Jaime for a job well done!

First I would like to thank Jamie Lewis for being a true professional. When he named his small business he nailed it. From the time that I realized my heat wasn’t working I was in a full panic as I had less than 72 hours before I get on a plane. He was recommended like many on the Youngsville group FB page.

The service we received from Jamie at Keeping it Comfy was TOP NOTCH!!! He came out to our house early on a Saturday morning, fixed our problem, and then returned the following Friday when the problem reoccurred. The second time he went to great lengths to investigate and fix the problem, and didn't charge us anything since it was technically "under warranty". I couldn't be happier with my experience and would strongly recommend Jamie at Keeping it Comfy to any homeowner with AC repair needs.

Jamie just left our house and we're blown away. He is brilliant at what he does--he knew exactly what needed to be done and did it kindly and quickly and affordably. His customer service and care is matchless.

About six months ago, we noticed that the air conditioning system (a heat pump) which serves the second floor the house wasn't cooling effectively. So we hired an HVAC firm who advised us that refrigerant had been leaking somewhere (he never tried to figure our where), refilled the system, left us a big bill, and told us to call him back if the performance declined, which it most definitely did.

This time, with virtually no heat during mid-winter, we got Jamie on the case. He immediately diagnosed a problem with the heating coil and located not one but two separate leaks, both of which he repaired before recharging the system. It works flawlessly now and I'm sure next our electric bill will reflect the improved performance.

It's worth noting that Jamie is very responsive and always upbeat. A real pleasure to work with.

This guy here came to my place and cut my cords in my A/C unit and I had to pay for a hold unit that cost me 3,500
