Outstanding professionalism in all aspects in the installation of our new heat pump system. They handled the coordination of an electrician, and inspector for us. Everything was done timely and competently. Email responses were quick, invoices were clear and they made sure we had the proper documentation for our tax rebate. The installers let us know what they were doing every step of the way, and accommodated us about our preferred location of a conduit. They were very conscientious about cleanliness, and even vacuumed the floor when they were finished. And they were respectful in regards to noise, and kept it to a minimum, which was appreciated as my husband works from home. We are very happy with Stickels Service Co Inc and heartily recommend them.

Our air conditioning broke right before company was coming. Even though Brad was busy, he made time to get to us before their arrival. He was clearly an expert, analyzed the problem, provided a cost effective fix and also a backup solution for a later date if still needed.
