Before we decided to use Southern Homes Heating & Air, we had 8 companies come and provide us quotes for a new HVAC system. Not only was Southern Homes the most affordable, but Justin was the most professional and courteous among them all. Once we decided to move forward with them, Ashley was able to schedule the install very quickly and told us that she would handle the rebate that we qualified for! On the day of install, Justin and his employees were amazing - everyone was very helpful when it came to any questions I had, and they were sensitive to the fact that my infant daughter was sleeping in the house. You couldn't even tell they were here because they cleaned up so well. I cannot express how happy we are with Southern Homes - I would recommend them to anyone considering any services or HVAC units.

The team at southern homes hvac provided excellent service when installing my new system. I have lived in my home about 26 years and it was time for a new unit. Part of ours was changed out previously but it was time for a complete upgrade. I met Tanner and Justin when I had another system installed at a friends house. I was impressed by their professionalism. The unit is fairly quiet and works so much better. One of the features I really love about the new system is the condensation safety switch and drain pan. A couple times our older system overflowed and we had some water damage to our flooring in the basement.

From the initial contact with Ashley the service & follow up has been exceptional. Tanner is the most thorough HVAC tech I have seen. Will & Bryson on the install team did an outstanding job on the mechanical installation. Ashley & Justin are good people that have created a Family business that others should strive to emulate. I would highly recommend for your HVAC needs.

Called this morning with our AC out and they had technicians out just a few hours later. They found the issue quickly and completed repair. Total lifesavers for me working from home and with my kids being here as well!

The best hvac company! This was the third company I decided to try for our hvac units and surpasses the others. I first signed up as a maintenance customer. I had such positive experiences each time that when our hvac eventually needed to be replaced, I didn’t even check anywhere else. I feel like I can trust everyone in the company bc they act professional and go above and beyond. Customer service with Ashley on the phone is always top notch. Tanner found a gas leak once prior to maintenance, and I was so grateful! Justin and the install team did a great job on my new hvac. Love that I can control the temp from my phone. The pricing was reasonable and fair. If you are searching for an hvac company you will not be disappointed with this crew!

They are an all-around great company. I had a new heating and air conditioning system installed in my condo. I would recommend them to anyone who is having any air conditioner heating issues dealt with or a new system installed.

The installation of the new HVAC system was nothing short of perfect. The workmanship is second to none, in my opinion. Very clean installation. All technicians involved were very professional and personable. They even identified a leak from our shower which damaged some of the “soft” ductwork, which they replaced. They answered any questions about the new thermostat, as well as other questions I had about maintaining the cleanliness of the the outside unit. When the job was finished, any refuse or replaced components were removed from the work area with nothing left for us to discard. All in all, the new installation was completed quickly and professionally and is working perfectly.

1 year old system that had install issue that needed immediate attention and installer had moved away. They came in, found the issue, and fixed. They took off their shoes or put covers on their shoes to keep things clean. They did that without me saying anything first. Professional and respectful at a very reasonable price. Recommend them very much.

We have been using Southern Homes Heating and Air for the past 8 years. They are so great to work with and we have ALWAYS been extremely satisfied with the service and the way they go above and beyond for their customers!! Highly recommend them!!

They are not pushy with sales, excellent with communication, and they don't use that cringy "I hate my wife, don't you?" humor that you see with a lot of contractors. I don't expect a super formal conversation by any means, but that gets old quick.

I received quotes from three companies on getting a new HVAC system installed and Southern Homes was by far the most reasonably priced and respectful of the folks I had out here.
