Chatham Heating & Air Conditioning

17 year old AC died. This is a busy time yet two techs managed to come out today. They explained in depth my options for the repair. About ten years ago Ken put another heat pump system in the 2 zone home which is running fine. There is a reason that Chatham AC has been here for 40 years. They do good work at a reasonable price.

I have been doing business with this company for about 13 years and I'm absolutely satisfied with every service call. They go "above and beyond".

Could hardly have been more helpful in both quickly diagnosing a problem with a unit he had nothing do with originally AND in fixing it on the spot AND for realizing that Patty is the member of our household who basically knows how things work and explaining things to her rather than to me. When we need a new unit, we'll just go around the corner.

Ken was very accommodating and squeezed us in during a 100 degree heat wave. His 35+ years in the business gave him greater credibility. Our choice was to buy an American Standard 3-ton 14 seer unit which he and his crew installed. We would recommend Chatham Heating and A/C to anyone who wants an honest analysis of your heating or cooling issues.

I'm giving two stars because I called Chatham HVAC in hopes of hiring them to service a few dozen units for me, left a message and never received a call back.

A year ago father and son came to my home to fix my unit. The cost was reasonable and service was fast. Thank you guys for taking care of this old lady.
