My power bill for Jan was $300. Jeremiah came out quickly and inspected my unit. Found out the wrong thermostat had previously been installed (by a different company). Helped me order a new one and installed it. By the end of Feb my bill had been cut in half. Fast and friendly service, would definitely recommend!

Randy was amazing. He was so professional and curtius. He was here within 20 minutes of me calling him. I have a child with special needs and cannot get over heated and he took that into consideration and had our home cool again for her within minutes. Thanks Randy we will definitely use you again. Cool Tech has once again come through with exemplary service. Service technician, Randy, let us know our old furnace was extremely rusted and about to crack (a serious danger as it could leak carbon monoxide), so we had him install a new one. He installed the furnace in just a few hours with no interruption to our heating needs, and sure enough the old furnace had already began to crack. Randy showed genuine concern for our family's safety, and we are grateful for his foresight which prevented a serious issue.

Randy did a phenomenal job repairing our furnace! He was very informative and fixed our issue in a timely manner before the upcoming cold weather. We really appreciate his help and would definitely refer him to our family and friends!

I have a 2 story home that has never been comfortable in both upstairs and downstairs. We have 1 unit that heats and cools the whole house. In the summer is gets extreme hot upstairs and winter is extremely cold downstairs.

Cooltech installed a "zone" system and a second ecobee smart thermostat.
Cooltech team came to our home as scheduled and performed very professional, taking care to leave no trace of having any maintenance done to our home. The pride in neat clean work shows.
We are able to set the temps for upstairs and down separately and a damper will close off as temps reach desired setting.
With the ecobee thermostat I can control the temps from my phone and set times for temp changes.
I am so very happy that we invested in our HVAC system!
