Lake Norman Pest Control

We used Lake Norman Pest Control and although it has only been one treatment to date, I am completely impressed. To start my husband called to set-up service and was going to pay for an upgraded package. After discussing our home the representative said he thought being a new build we could do the entry level package. We likely didn't need the more expensive one but could always upgrade if needed. I sincerely appreciate a business being honest, they could have easily charged us the higher package, but knew we didn't need it and was honest! Then when the technician came out he was beyond friendly. Went over the basics and took the time to get to know us. He was very considerate and careful along the fence line due to the neighbor's dog being out. He was very thorough and walked us through his process. I was 100% pleased!

My original review is below, and now after a month and a half, and having them out a few more times for follow ups, I'm still just as pleased as I was on my first visit. Being new to the area, and coming from Colorado where we don't have insect issues, I've had questions about what things are, and probably been overly cautious. The staff has been super nice, very informative, and so responsive! I've had a different tech, Quinn, come out a couple of times, and he's really great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I still highly recommend them!

I recently hired Lake Norman Pest Control for monthly routine service and to get rid of some pests we'd spotted immediately after moving into our house. Vinny, our tech, has always called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, been super friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Great experience! I would definitely recommend them. And ask for Vinny!

Vinny was amazing helping us choose the right package for what we needed. They were so quick to come out and really made everything very smooth, Will worked with us and sent over what he did as well as made us feel better about the issue we had with our backyard and taking care of it! HIGHLY Recommend this company, can’t say enough about it!
