So grateful they were available on Christmas Eve, our heating went out during the night. Thankfully it was a relatively simple repair and we were able to have heat for Christmas!

Island point HVAC was recommended to us by several friends that were extremely happy with the service, work and customer service provided by Vinnie and his team. Admittedly, after the first service call, we were too. With 3 large units, all toward the end of their life, Vinnie has earned our trust keeping these up and running for years past their due date. Last year they replaced the main level unit with an upgraded SEER at a better price than other installers wanted for lesser units. We couldn’t be more happy with the new Trane unit, the easy process of buying new unit through Island Point HVAC and their continued routine maintenance. Covid delays were expected from Trane but as soon as it arrived Vinny was on top of it. He actually came out beforehand and tweak the old system a little bit to help us get by until the new unit arrived.
The unit was installed in less then a day and everything is working like a charm.
