Great, honest folks. Robbie came out same day and fixed my heat in no time. Another company had given me the run around, trying to convince me to completely replace a 5 year old unit and then recommended replacing a $1500 part. Needless to say neither of those options were necessary, and Robbie came out for what was a very simple fix for a fraction of the cost and had our heat working ahead of some winter weather! I would highly recommend these folks.

Joel Freeze with Freeze Refrigeration responded right away to my request for an estimate on a new heat pump, even though it was their busiest season. He worked around my schedule for the installation and made it possible for me to have a warm home within only a few weeks of contacting him. I've used Freeze multiple times and they are always quick to respond, fix the problem, and are fairly priced. I would highly recommend them. The only issue I have is I have to pay via check vs. bank transfer. Hopefully, they can set that up soon!

Never again will I call Freeze to work on any of my AC/ Heat Units. 3 times I had them look at my unit. 3 times I got charged by Robbie and my unit was not fixed. I called a 2nd party and they showed me my unit was leaking freon. Heck, my coils were half covered in a block of ice meaning it was leaking freon... And my unit was never fixed the first time. Anyway, call some one else if you want your unit fixed. * I am now buying a new unit from some one else and having them install it. Sure wish I had my money back from Freeze, but you know how that goes.....

Called after another company said I needed new Air Conditioning Unit to replace unit over 15 years old. Freeze was Very responsive and sent Techn for next day I was available. Techn arrived as scheduled and very professional and clearly experienced. Rapidly checked existing unit and same conclusion as initial company. Requested Freeze provide quote for equal replacement unit to initial company’s quote. Freeze quote approximately $1500 less and considerably more comprehensive in what installation, permitting, etc. services would be provided. Accepted and scheduled installation which Freeze completed as scheduled with professional, experienced Technicians. No fooling around. These guys did the work, tested everything with me and out the door. Next day Feeeze rep called to validate everything satisfactory completed and working correctly.
This company will get my future business and recommendations to others!!

On many occasions we have had to reach out to Freeze Refrigeration. I could not be more pleased with the service we have received. They have been very responsive to our problems , promptly calling back with an appointment and sending very friendly competent technicians to fix the problem.
They have installed two heating/air condition units for us and one for our neighbor. Both of our daughters choose Freeze Refrigeration to install their units when they built their homes. I recommend Freeze Refrigeration to anyone needing great competent service!!
