Freeze Refrigeration installed new HVAC units in my home to replace the 25 year old systems that were original to the home. Several things stood out that gave them a 5 star rating. First, the weather was cold and rainy, but in spite of wet and muddy conditions outside, the crews got the compressors into place and hooked up and did it while keeping the route into the house clean. The whole installation was done in a professional manner with a minimum of disruption and they kept their work areas cleaned up throughout the installation.

The second thing that stood out was the quote I received for the work. It provided a detailed listing of the equipment for each location, brand and efficiency rating options, and a detailed listing of the ancillary work needed for the installation. I received quotes from two other contractors which were much less detailed and required follow up with the contractors to get enough information that I could make an informed decision on which contractor and system to select. The three quotes I received were in the same ballpark for cost, so having a professional, detailed quote made all the difference in my selection.

All in all I was very happy with the job that Freeze did.

Heard my furnace making an unusual sound. Called Freeze and they came right out to fix the problem. Nice quick response and really good pricing. Just signed up for their preventive maintenance contract.

Freeze replaced the entire HVAC system for us. They were prompt and knowledgable, recommended a good system for our needs, and were very professional with the installation. They've been prompt and helpful with several questions that came up after the system was installed.

Result in system they installed with a replacement for an old system. New system is far quieter, less expensive to operate, and solve the problems we had with hot and cold spots in the house.

I called this company twice on a recommendation from a neighbor and they did not return my call either time. I was looking for a quote on two new HVAC systems and they couldn't be bother to even call back. I said y name slowly and even repeated my number. If this is the front end service, what would happen once the unit was installed? Don't bother with them!

The whole team at Freeze Refrigeration did a wonderful job with my new HVAC and air filtration systems. They answered all of my questions as I was working to decided on the best system for me and then they did an excellent job of installing it all!

They replaced the dampers motors on our ac unit. They arrived on time, and were very professional and cordial. We are happy with their service, and would use them again if we needed to. Highly recommend.
