Your technician was great, very knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations.

We were having trouble with our heating system over the cold week end.
We had guests in our Airbnb and were concerned as the temperature was expected to drop even more. We called Monday morning and Jake arrived in less than three hours! Professional, friendly and knowledgeable, he got to the heart of the problem quickly. From installation a couple years ago to the recent service call, these are the people you want to deal with. When you call, you get a friendly, helpful representative. The office staff is the absolute best. When your talking HVAC, you want people who have your back.

I cant say enough about how professional All About Heat & Air personel are. We have 2 HVAC systems (upstairs and downstairs), both 20 years old, and they replaced with upgraded energy efficent systems (elec air and gas heat). Their personel were very profesional, friendly and respectful. I will not hesitate recommend them to my friends.

So from the very start this company went above and beyond. From the first phone call Joy was such a pleasure to talk with on the phone very professional and friendly. To having Spencer come out to tell us the horrible news that we needed a whole new HVAC system but he was friendly and informative and gave us a few options and really made us fill good about the one we choose. Then DeeDee helping us set up the time and take our deposit ,she was very friendly and caring and she helped reassure me that we were making the right decision. Then install date, Jeff and Austin were on time and having Chris one of the owners come out to make sure they were all set and had everything they needed was a amazing touch to our experience. Both Jeff and Austin were extremely friendly and respected our home and worked with such professionalism and respect it was an amazing experience. They explained what they were doing and after they were finished showed us how to use the thermostat and how to change filters, etc. So all in all with burden of having to replace a whole HVAC unit I felt completely confident that I was getting a fair price for the HVAC, that we had a company that truly stands behind the product they install and the workmanship. Couldn't ask for anything more. We will be using them going forward for any needs. Septic tank needs to be pumped so will be booking that soon. Thanks again for the amazing work!!!!

Update:
Ok this is amazing. The condensate pump on the new install was faulty and the system shut off within a couple hours of the guys leaving. Not their fault it happened to be a bad pump. I called the company emergency line and Trinity was here within 10 minutes to fix it. Granted he happened to be in the area but this is incredible service. Thank you!

My AC went out on a Thursday night and I called 3 different local companies to check it out. One said they weren't accepting new customers, one said it would take a week to even send out a tech, and one never called back. Then I called All About Heating and Dede said they would have a tech out next day.

Anthony came out promptly on Saturday and determined the problem. He gave me a repair and a replacement estimate. Since the unit was nearly 20 years old I opted for the replacement.

They dropped off a portable AC unit to be used in the house as a courtesy until the new unit could be installed. This helped immensely and I truly appreciated it.

The install just finished about an hour ago and I could not be happier with the result. Austin and Eric were professional and courteous. The system looks amazing, runs quiet, and has already brought the house down to a comfortable temperature.

I want to thank Anthony, Dede, Eric, and Austin for their kind and professional work to get me back up and running. When the other companies turned me down, All About Heating stepped up and delivered.

Technician diagnosed the problem with the heat.pump C/U promptly and replaced defective part started system checked proper working order

Technician was very polite and professional, repairing my furnace in a timely manner. He also tested the CO2 levels in my home twice (once when he arrived and once after repair was complete.) He discovered that the levels were very high both times. (These high CO2 level were unrelated to his furnace repair; the high levels were most likely from my fireplace that I had been using for the past week). Without his diligence in testing the air quality in my home and informing me, I would have never known and been in potential danger. And for that I'm very grateful. He also provided me with local businesses that could help me resolve this CO2 issue.

All about Heating and Air responded right away to evaluate my issue. I thought it would be 1-2 weeks before they could begin but they had a cancellation and came in timely fashion to do the necessary work. On time, great job, kept me informed and cleaned up. I will use them again if needed.

The first time we called for service, everyone from answering the phone to the technicians dispatched were very professional. The second time we needed service, same great service. Cole got us back up and running in great time. Very pleased with this business and the people they employ.
