Contacted to get a long neglected HVAC maintenance and got a really quick appointment with a super friendly scheduler. Then Spencer was an outstanding, friendly and very knowledgeable tech that not only did the routine maintenance work, he patiently answered my unending questions and made several suggestions as to how I can prolong the life of my equipment! I now have a reliable and friendly and helpful 'go to' HVAC company that I can rely on!

We had a completely wonderful experience with this company. We asked 3 different companies for quotes and All About Heat and Air’s quote was the most reasonable, given the high quality of the equipment they installed. The guys who came worked very hard all day, were completely courteous while doing so, and in fact they were a joy to have around. Normally I’d NEVER say that about having work done on our house. Our installation was a bit more complicated but they handled it with grace and competence.
It was a totally stellar experience, and we definitely recommend this company. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Love this business! On time, professional, personable, just great people to work with from office personnel to installers. They removed my old heating/air conditioning system and installed a new complete HVAC system and cleaned everything up when finished.

From the very first they were professional. Spencer came first and diagnosed our dead heat pump and was very helpful with explaining what had happened to our old unit, He also presented the three options and explained each one patiently.
The next week Jeff and his crew, Austin and Jacob, showed up for the installation. They were all very polite and professional and got the job done of removing the old heat pump and installing the new one in one day! What a difference the new unit has made. We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced with new units in our 2000 sq.ft. house. The professionals who did the work were careful about social distancing and wore masks Their work was excellent. It took them one day to do the work, and it looks great! Very neat and professionally done. They were respectful of our house when installing the new thermostat- wearing footings, and again careful about social distancing. We are very pleased with the new system!

We also want to point out that everyone stuck to their schedules. When Anthony and Matthew said they would be at our house at 9 am, they were. It's nice to work with those who respect your time.

Very happy with them! Jeremy, the technician, pulled the filter out of the whole house DeHumidifer and it was black. Which means that last 2 companies we used never changed it, even though it was "supposed" to be included in their service. Very happy with All About Heat & Air!

I am extremely happy with my experience with All About Heat & Air. The technicians that installed my new HVAC system (Jeffery W, Chris, Anthony, and Jacob), patiently and thoroughly answered every question that came to my mind about the installation and operation of the new system. The job was extremely professional and extra care was taken to maintain a clean and safe work area. I would recommend All About Heat & Air to anyone in the area looking for HVAC services.

We had used All About Plumbing a few years ago to completely repipe our house after we bought it. When our heat stopped working and it was 30-some degrees out, we figured we would give their heating division a call.

Cole came out and first diagnosed that the fan motor was broken. He had a replacement with him, but during the installation process it shorted out the circuit board. Our existing HVAC system was (I believe) original to the house, some 20-30 years old...so we knew it would go one of these days. Rather than sink a fair chunk of money into a fix for something already on its last legs, Cole recommended we consider biting the bullet and replacing our system. He provided me with estimates for a few different heat systems. After he left, I called around to some other local companies and received comparable or more expensive quotes, so we decided to go ahead with the project with All About Heat. Once I paid a deposit for the project, Cole returned the same day to deliver some large space heaters to keep the entire house warm while we waited until the installation could take place.

Two days later Auston (with an O) and Jeff arrived promptly at 9 to begin the project. They finished about 6 hours later. They were very professional and courteous, and made sure all of my questions were answered before they left.

While it's never an ideal time to replace your entire heating system, All About Heat & Air made me feel confident and reassured in our decision and the quality of their work. I am happy with how quickly the situation was addressed and that we have reliable heat for the rest of this winter and hopefully many more to come.
