Kenny Long came out on Friday Feb.10 to flush out our hybrid water heater and give it a checkup. He is a very nice and good technician. The time spent with him was great...I would recommend him to anyone. Hope this gets him lunch, cause he deserves it!!!

Marcus with Pro Plumbing, Air and Electric was very professional and polite. He wasted no time taking care of the repairs and the price was the most fair when compared to about 4 other companies I contacted. Would gladly do business with again in the future.

Hunter did the routine inspection of my HVAC unit. He shared pictures explaining each in detail and provided recommendations on what I can do to fix the situation. He was knowledgeable and friendly and made the decision process very easy.

He knew exactly what to do after seeing what my problem was and replaced it almost immediately ,was here and gone in less than 30 minutes. He also made sure that I supervised what was going on so that there would be no questions. I however did not seem that the supervision was necessary and I was right because he finished the job and then showed me what he had done which was totally replacing the inside of the commode.

Trent took his time in finding and explaining every step he was taking to resolve the issue to why water was backing up from the washer machine into the kitchen sink. When Trent found out what the problem was, he immediately corrected it which did not cost me hundreds or thousands of dollars.

Alex Gaines did a great job getting the HVAC functioning again! The house had been vacant/winterized for over 2 years & we didn’t have a clue how to get it started again. He was friendly, professional, and efficient! I am so grateful that he was able to get us taken care of in a timely manner. I’m a realtor in the area as well so I will be adding Alex and his company to my vendor list that I give to clients!

Alex was very polite and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond what it takes. He is quick to assess the problem and very responsive to communications. The prices are very reasonable and work was completed quickly. I would definitely recommend.

My dishwasher was leaking all over the floor. Andrew accessed the problem quickly and repaired it. I thought that he was just going to give me an estimate only but then he quickly repaired the problem. Great Job!!!!

I truly recommend this company. I called because my dishwasher was not draining. I spoke with Alicia the dispatcher who was quite pleasant over the phone. Nick and Steve were the ones who showed up and they were very polite. They respected my home and wore shoe protectors which was a plus. Nick was very informative with telling me what was going on with my dishwasher and my plumbing. Steve was very friendly and responsive when I asked questions. They fixed the issue I’m a decent amount of time and cleaned up after themselves. I also liked that I was emailed my invoice immediately after payment.
