The guys that came to install our AC system were very professional and comfortable to talk to. They took the time to explain what they were doing and what to expect. It was a great experience overall. We did not expect the install 24 hours after our consultation but greatly appreciate it. Thank you to Nathan and Edward you were both awesome and made it a great success for us to be comfortable this summer.

Very punctual and communicative. Ran over another appointment but made sure to let me know well in advance that they would be delayed. Ben was super friendly and helpful, quoted on the spot for multiple options but not pressured to commit. Once we decided to go with them, they were out the next day. Very happy and will use them for future projects.

We needed Pro Plumbing help to replace the outer and inner units of a dead ac unit.Nathan and Fig responded and we could not have asked for better professionals. Each was knowledgeable and hard working. They did not stop till job was done and everything was working great. So polite and respectful. You should be proud of these employees. Also Alex Gaines is exceptional also. Kudos to them !!!!!!

Alex Gaines did a wonderful job! I was so happy they were able to get out to my house on such short notice to fix my air conditioning. Alex was very professional, honest in his inspection, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend Alex and this company for future projects.

I had my light fixtures replaced with updated ones. Ben did an excellent job today. He was very professional and nice. My neighbor came over and she liked what he did and asked for his business card. Thank you Ben for a great job! I highly recommend this company.

They replaced my gas pack today and it was great! The guys showed up right on time and got the job done in a few hours. They were very polite, helpful and professional.

Technician Trent arrived as scheduled for an estimate on gas line installation for stove. He listened and was patient as I mentioned a few other items that were a concern. He seemed to do a thorough job at analyzing the job before presenting the estimate. I still have some other things to consider before I decide on this job but would recommend Pro Plumbing for quotes on plumbing needs.

Hunter and Josh were efficient, exactly on time, treated me very nicely and they are both very professional. I will be recommending Pro Heating, Air and Electric to anyone that needs this service. I’m having a completely new indoor/outdoor heat pump replaced. Thank you so much!

Edward and Alessandro, our install techs, did great work. They arrived on time, worked methodically throughout a long hot day, stayed till the job was done, cleaned up everything, even took away our old concrete AC pad. Very satisfied.

My heat pump has been broken for 4 months and I was using another company they couldn’t fix it or seem to figure out why it wasn’t working. Called Pro Air and they sent JJ out that day and 3 days later Nathan installed our new system. Everyone was very nice and did a great job. (The only reason it even took 3 days was because it was a holiday weekend)
