Central Services

My air went out on our hottest day of the year and my warranty company sent central air the service request. It was explained that due to health issues in the home we needed service as soon as possible. They said they could not get to us for12 days from the day our request was put in. This is outside of the window that the warranty company allows their contracted vendors to perform service work. After explaining the dire circumstances they cancelled our service request and said they would not handle the call. After contacting the warranty company they found another local company willing to come the next day once the nature of the emergency repair being needed was explained. They were not only not fulfilling their contractual obligations but they were rude and do not return phone calls promptly. Quite frankly they acted like they “ didn’t give a damn”! I would advise against using this company at all expense. Never again!

Well, we’ve used Central Services for years, but never again! We were charged almost 400 dollars for them to install a new gas range on an existing gas connection. They sent one guy out to spend 2 hours reading the instructions to do the LP conversion, then 2 more the next day to make one connection and move the stoves. This was clearly a fraudulent billing, and we want everyone to be aware! Find someone else!

I've used them twice very professional did a great job and reasonable prices.

Very nice and helpful people. I would definitely recommend them for any Hvac services. Without their help, I would have spend 2 days without heat. God bless them and their business!
