Jon has serviced my HVAC system a few times over the last couple of years. He always takes the time to explain in detail what is wrong with the system and fixes it. Jon was fantastic! We reached to him yesterday asking for assistance and he was able to come the next morning. His communication was the best, keeping us updated on his ETA and of the work he was performing. Jon was analytical and diagnosed the issue with our HVAC and proposed repairs for our review. They were paid for a plumber ingredients work my insurance, thy didn't show up ,didn't pick up their calls and they had the audacity to write the insurance that they had completed the work. They are the fraud of all times, the address on the website is residential and someone else lives there! If you use them, then that's on you.

They came out to repair my AC. Within 2 weeks it went out again. I called several times and left several messages but they never returned my calls. I finally got through by dialing from a different number. They set up an appointment to come out the next day (Friday) but never showed up. They finally came out on Tuesday and said it appeared to be an electrical problem they said that the wire may be spliced. They are the only ones that worked on the unit so whatever it was they did. I called a few times and someone just picked up the phone and hung up without saying a word. I'm very disappointed in this company and will never use them or recommend them.
UPDATE
The electrician just left and he confirmed that the electric is fine. The problem is with the AC unit so now I need someone to repair the unit. JMG Mechanical claims I'm frustrated with my home warranty " Choice" which very well may be true but JMG is who were a no call no show, didn't keep the appointment that they personally made with me, never returned any of the several VM messages I left and made the mis diagnosis. I've let Choice know to not send that unprofessional company back to my home. If they didn't get it fixed after 2 tries why would I trust them a 3rd time.

We recently had Jon from JMG Mechanical Corp out to our house to repair our AC system after a few other hvac companies couldn’t repair our AC correctly.
Jon was great! He quickly identified the issues and gave us cost effective recommendations for repairs. He fixed what many other companies couldn’t.

Very professional and always shares details of what the issue is, possible causes and what he needs to fix it. Once the problem is fixed, he offers suggestions on how to maintain and prevent future problems.

Jon was immediately responsive to my request. He arrived, professional, prepared, and ready. He explained in great detail what was the potential cause of the issue and offered a lesson in remediation and what was happening. He had fair and open timelines and acted with sympathy and care for my issue. It was apparent that to me to that he was treating my issue with care and respect not just a "get it done and leave." I am surprised to see no reviews for this company. I have requested for a repair of my thermostat via a Warranty company. I am very happy with the service that was provided. The technician (John) quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed the wiring at the thermostat, replaced the old wiring in the crawl space that was not compatible with the thermostat, and helped me configure the thermostat for the first time. He was thoroughly professional and worked with my warranty company to get the repair approved and did the repair quickly.
