I used Webb heating and air to replace a system that was 20 years old. I went with a Trane system that was recommended and being a high energy efficient system. Install was good and on time but that where it ends. In less than 3 years had to replace the a/c coil, at over a $1000 cost with very little assistance from Trane or Webb. Now, I signed up for their service plan from day one, coming out in the spring to service a/c and fall to service the heat. Right after the coil was replaced, during the spring service, everything was fine, month later noticed the system was not cooling good, had them come out and found no coolant in the system, checked the coil and found all the coolant leaked out due to improper installation, coolant was replaced at no cost. Fast forward to this November service on heating system and all good. Go on vacation and less than 2 weeks after they were out NO heat. They came out did some adjustments charged over $100 less than 2 weeks after my service but just wait it gets better. 2 months later wake up NO heat, they come out spend about 2 hours looking for the problem finally say it is a part and it is $250, well of course I say replace it and have someone call me Monday. When tech finished he says the charge is $375, I said you told me it was $250, he then said the service charge on a Saturday, I said have someone call me not paying. He talks with someone and removes $40 and this is after my service plan and the fall service tune up and everything WAS SUPPOSED to be good. So in less than a 2 month period after my service tune up I am charged over $400, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, I will never recommend this company again, terrible customer service, if you use them Good Luck, BEWARE!!! The techs that have come out have been polite and professional but that is where it ends, this company has a problem and it is they don’t care about the service they are providing. In less than 7 years I have spent over $1500 in repairs not counting over $200 a year for the service plans, WOW.

Webb HVAC sold and installed our new dual fuel/ heat pump and oil system. Our last one had issues. We had a whole crew here on time when they said they would be here. It was installed and every thing cleaned up and hauled off. They explained how to use it and how it worked. They also recommended someone they use to vacuum our duct work too, it was full of dust and dirt,another great company we recommend too.

They installed my system in new townhome (selected by builder). First issue (water dropping from external outlet) in brand new system came just after 1.5 Years. I called them and the person came in said there is some crack in system and needs to be replaced. Two days later the service manager came to check the system again, and he said the problem is because tray which collects water was not properly inclined and he fixed it. In next season cooling was not working which they came again and fixed , and now heat was not working , one guy came and fixed it (cost me 240$) and now its heating too much. So far I have paid about 500 $ for their diagnostics and repair. I have to call them again now for excessive heating.

Updating the rating to 3 as they came back and seems to fix the issue which was with thermostat. They didn’t charge me anything and they mentioned that multiple times, as if they had not charged me enough before. anyway, issue is fixed which is a great relief so thank you.

Brett arrived promptly and was very professional throughout. He went to work right away and got my systems diagnosed and fixed quickly. One of my HVAC units needed a new part, and Webb had my records, determining that the part was under warranty, reducing my overall cost to repair. I would definitely recommend Webb Heating and Brett!

I had Webb install my 2 new HVAC systems. The 1st crew for the upstairs HVAC was not very professional. The 2nd crew for the 1st floor HVAC was much better (I surmise maybe because I told them my opinion). I had to have Vickie come out to show me where the lever was located to change the inside the duct damper to control the amount of air being diverted to my bonus room. She found the damper control, but it is covered up by the way they installed it so am not happy with that. After Webb installed my new HVAC's I have a problem with snakes in my crawlspace. I never had snakes before in the 18 years before Webb worked on my home. I am suspicious because I recall seeing daylight around some of their pipes/tubes etc left from the 1st crew's work. I have a question about some type of vent they installed in the crawlspace outside wall and have asked 2 different people at Webb to call me about it. But they've not gotten back to me except to email about having Webb service my systems.
