The technician who came out was extremely friendly, very professional and he took the time to do a very thorough job. He explained everything to me so very well. I've never been disappointed by the service I received from Webb. Sorry to say that I'm terrible with names but the technician was great.

Brandon was great. I watched how he did his diagnostics, and he knows his job. He explained what he was doing, told me what went wrong, and got me up and running again. My unit's 11 years old, but he told me everything was looking good except for the part that needed replacement, which is used during heating, not cooling, but kept the unit from turning on. Bypassing it somehow, I now have air conditioning again. I'd definitely use Webb again.

Webb never fails to deliver stellar customer service....from the reception/scheduling office to the technician/repair/installation folks! They LISTEN to any concerns and communicate along the way so there are never any surprises.HIGHLY recommend them for their work and integrity.

I've been using Webb for over 10 years and always found them to be prompt, professional and quality conscious. Today we had an "air scrubber" installed in our system to cut down any air particles that might be brought into the house through the system and to reduce any allergens that may already be in the house, such as pet hair and dander. Jeff answered all of our questions, showed us how to use the thermostat to get maximum efficiency from the scrubber, and installed the unit quickly without incident. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is I do not know how the unit will perform. If it is anything like previous maintenance and installations by Webb, I am not anticipating any problems.

A Repair man came out and fixed my unit. He was helpful and friendly. 11 days later my system completely stopped working. It was after hours so l called another company. I wish I could say the name but I won’t. The gentleman told me my compressor was fried due the wrong refrigerant being used. I was angry and upset. He then tried to sell me a service contract. For what? A fried compressor? He also said the new system could cost anywhere from 10-30000. Needless to say I didn’t buy the service contract. I had a very hot and sleepless night. The next morning I called Webb to verify if the previous repairman was correct. They immediately put me on the schedule to be seen. The young lady who answered the phone was very helpful. The gentleman they sent this afternoon was even more friendly and knowledgeable than the first. I couldn’t believe it. 5 minutes or less after looking at my system he noticed the problem. It was a bug. A bug landed on a “electric thing” and fried itself and burned it out. A bug! Less than 5 minutes! Replaced the “electric thing” in no time flat, all while educating me on hvac. I want to thank Webb and everyone I dealt with. As a single woman, you sometimes feel at the mercy of repairmen and you are preyed upon. But you treated my concerns with respect and honesty. I even wrote this before he left.

Christian performed the annual maintenance check as part of my Home Service Agreement with Webb. He arrived within the designated window of time, communicated with me respectfully, worked professionally, and completed the service in an exceptional manner. I would recommend him to others.
