Used them May 2020 A/C to access an issue with a rental property in High Point. My tenant was very concerned about letting some one in given COVID-19. They were able to come in with mask, gloves, and were able to wipe down any surface that was touched. The fixed the AC; my tenant is pleased and so am I.

With the bill I just got from this company. Customer service on the phone from the office I expected better in the billing department. For a part that cost no more than 136.00 and a nill of 462.36 including taxes. I feel like I have been bent over a barrel. Thank you but no thank you on this type of service,.
