It’s important to me to have the person who sells me the system to also be the person who installs the system. This way he knows what you discussed prior to the sell and the details of the installation. This is one of the reasons I chose Relief Heating and Cooling to install my new heating and cooling system. They were professional courteous and timely. I was happy with their price and the overall installation. I will definitely seek their services again.

I had the BEST experience with you guys today. Daniel, the guy that came out, is 100 percent on point. He was prompt, professional, courteous and did not stop until he got our unit fixed. (after our current HVAC provider failed TWICE) I'm beyond thrilled. I've been without heat since the 2nd week of November. I'm looking forward to making Relief Heating & Cooling our permanent HVAC providers for our business and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I reached out to relief heating & cooling in November 2020, after my AC went out during the fall. I spoke with the receptionist, Nicole & she was very warm & welcoming. She informed me what would need to happen first before having my unit serviced. Matthew came out & was very professional & honest about what needed to be done. I just recently had my unit serviced & Matthew was very honest, informative, knowledgeable, and professional the entire time. The pricing & packages were very reasonable given what I had to have done. I have already given their information to other family members & will be using their services for all of our future HVAC needs.

Jacob and Daniel were polite and professional. They explained things well and answered all my questions. They installed a new outside AC unit and the coil at the inside unit. Their work seemed through and they left everything clean and tidy.

I've been using Relief for 7-8 years and they have always been dependable, professional, and trustworthy. We just had a really big job that took almost three days to complete because of issues with both of our units that were very old. Of course, you're never happy spending the type of money that we spent but it will be well worth in down the line because the older units were not energy efficient. Matthew and his team performed the installs and answered every question I/we had about our new system. I never hesitate to contact Relief whenever we have an issue because I know the issue will be resolved.

I used Relief Air to install a new HVAC system in my house that only had heat. Matthew and his team were extremely professional, efficient, and clean. From the system install, to the insulating of the duct work everything looks great. All together everything took about 3 days. Matthew provided 3 options and didn’t try to force feed me any options. After all the work was done he stayed in contact with me to see what needed to be tweaked and how it was performing. For me, my friends, and family relief air is the only company we would use in the future. They’re veteran owed and operated also! Thank you guys for making our house a home....a cool home.

Very professional. Purchased an AC unit and furnace. Matthew took the time to give us a very thorough load calculation for our home and explained what he did and why he did it. The other 2 companies asked square footage and only a few other questions prior to presenting their estimates. My installation appointment was at 9:00 am and he was backing his van in my driveway at 8:59 am. AC unit and furnace completely installed before 8 pm. Cleaned up everything inside and outside. Wonderful service!! Wonderful experience!!
