All Weather Heating & Cooling

About a month or so ago, we had a maintenance done on our A/C by a different company. We also told them we were experiencing issues with our A/C over-cooling downstairs and not keeping up on our 2nd floor. They said that was "normal". Our A/C kept freezing over and so we decided to call All Weather because they were highly recommended from others in our neighborhood. They came out, we told them our issue and they diagnosed and fixed. It turns out our entire evaporator coil needed to be replaced, which made a ton of sense to us based on what was happening. I highly recommend All Weather Heating & Cooling, especially if you have a Lennox system.

Great performance in an emergency! We returned from out-of-town (on Sunday, December 31) to find that our old furnace had given up the ghost. I called All Weather and the owner answered immediately. He was at our house 90 minutes later. The temperature hovered in the low 20s that day and dropped lower overnight. All Weather subsequently juggled around work crews, located the perfect furnace for our crawl space and had it all installed absolutely as soon as could be hoped. They did great work, kept us informed as the work progressed, and the guys doing the work could not have been nicer. My wife and I think this is a really fine company.

Set appointment quickly and arrived early. Cecil identified our issue and fixed it, and took the extra steps to make sure the problem was solved before he left so we would not be stuck calling him back if the outflow line clogged again. That type of professional service (doing it the right way, not the easy way) is refreshing these days. Recommended.

Called them after no response from the company that I have used for over 3 years. They sent a technician out to my home in an hour!! The tech explained the problem with my AC and fixed it.

We've used All Weather for years and have always appreciated the quality work that they do. I wouldn't use anyone else. Our heating and air has been outstanding with no problems since they installed it many years ago.

Searched all over for a Lennox authorized installer for add-on to HVAC in newly build home in Durham. The price was reasonable, the installers were very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend for HVAC needs.

All Weather came to the rescue when the heating failed in my house. Their emergency service was prompt and reasonable, and the service rep was courteous of my newborn sleeping in the other room. We have heat again and I would highly recommend!

I am very happy with the quality of service from All Weather. We have a year-round service agreement in place, and whether they are doing PM or a service call, they are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

When my AC suddenly failed, I feared the worst. My unit is kind of old, so I was prepared to fork over thousands of dollars for a new one. It was not great timing, because I just listed my house for sale too. Long story short, it turns out it was just a disconnected duct. The tech showed me the problem and took care of it. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and low pressure. Thanks!

These guys are crooks!! I hired them recently to install 2 new heat pumps. Their salesman promised my that if I went with their brand (Lennox), that I would get a $1400.00 rebate from Lennox, and that they would handle ALL the paperwork - this was a LIE! When I asked about my promised rebate, I was informed that I had "missed the window" and that the rebate had expired. I asked how could that be, since they promised they would get it for me. THEN they told me that I was supposed to file the paperwork, not them - exactly the OPPOSITE of what their dishonest salesman, Mr. Richard Bryant, told me originally. These people are unethical and should be avoided!!
