The compressor on my LG fridge went out. I was able to get an appointment to diagnose the issue the following day. They showed up on time and were able to get the part and do the repair 2 days later. The work was done well and fairly quickly. I definitely recommend T&C.

I called them for a dishwasher problem, having used them once a couple of years ago and been very satisfied with the service. The owner and a trainee arrived promptly, fixed the problem quickly, demonstrated how to avoid recurrence of the problem, and gave me useful tips. They were friendly, courteous, careful about Covid restrictions, and generally nice guys. I'll certainly use them again, and recommend them to others.

We had scheduled them to come install a stovetop at our house on 2/10. We had the text reminder that they’d be here at 10:30. They never showed and never called. When I called in the afternoon to find out when they’d be here that’s when I was told they could not come as they needed 2 technicians for the job and only had one. They rescheduled us for 2/15 and when we reached out in the morning to ask what time they’d be here they said they could not come that day and the price that was agreed to for the job was not enough. The technician said that price was quoted last year and they won’t honor it now. When the price was quoted late in 2021 it was known the stovetop was on back order and would not be here until early February. Would never use again.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They communicated well, were on time, and quickly diagnosed and repaired my Samsung refrigerator. Highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future. Excellent service.

I called about my Viking, which is an odd stove, as it uses a mixture of gas and electric. Their front desk is super responsive, and sent me both a calendar link and a text to remind me of the appointment. The techs were friendly and diagnosed and repaired the problem very quickly.

I had an appointment set for today March 17 2022 at 10qm the appointment was sat the week before the tech never came out I called and was told by a lady that she going to try to call him and she will call me back lol smh she didn't call so I call her back she said she couldn't reach the guy he wasn't answering her call i missed a whole day of work and they never came out not even call to say they where sorry not only that I was sent a text saying my appointment is at 10 today why send that if I wasn't getting service I will never call for their help again shouldn't nobody do business with them and I still don't have a working refrigerator
