Very happy with the service work.I am a long time customer since 1975.I knew Jack Goodnight. and a lot of the techs and Cliff was very good at fixing the problem. Heat pump running fine now.Thank you for coming today and really appreciate your service.

Wonderful service and technicians. All of the technicians I met have been friendly, nice and very professional. Just glad I found them years ago. They have earned my business with their honesty , service and professionalism.

They responded quickly and on a Sunday! They were very professional, explaining everything they did and got my AC working perfectly in no time.

The tech was friendly and knowledgeable to explain the work being done. I would like the tech to have a more formal checklist to demonstrate and document the work being done. The inside basement unit was not opened to inspect the blower and internal components. Given the premium price that G+S charges $120 per unit, I have had a higher expectations or a reduction in the price for an incomplete inspection. Overall, the service was OK and I did appreciate the tech’s engagement during the service. I just expected more for the price I was paying.

Jason was wonderful and understood I run a dog rescue and none of the hounds bothered him at all and they actually liked him. We were out of town on one occasion it was 90 degrees and the dog sitter was here and the dogs were hot, someone was here within a hour and got the AC back up and running till the board came in. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have utilized G+S over the years and like them. Feel they are honest and provide excellent service. Just started a maintenance plan in our new home being the 1 year warranty has expired. Jacob visited a couple of times. He is very professional and courteous.
